** [[BloodKnight Shan Yu]] from ''WesternAnimation/{{Mulan}}''. As the leader of the Huns, who Mulan and the rest of the army are working to try and defeat, Shan Yu is the villain behind the plot-- and he's quite [[WouldHurtAChild a cruel one, to boot.]]

** Zira from ''WesternAnimation/TheLionKingIISimbasPride''. Raising Kovu as a TykeBomb to bring down Simba once and for all, her evil scheming to re-conquer the Pridelands for Scar's Pride is the driving conflict of the plot.
** Governor Ratcliffe from ''WesternAnimation/PocahontasIIJourneyToANewWorld''. Having manipulated King James I to avoid any punishment for his failures in the original film, his new plot is to declare war on the New World.
** Played with in ''WesternAnimation/PoohsGrandAdventure'' as the main villain of the story, the Skullasaurus, terrorizes the heroes without being seen. [[spoiler: As it turns out, the Skullasaurus wasn't actually real and was just Pooh's stomach rumbling loudly.]]
