** Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns have the main event for the evening, and whoever wins will face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at [=WrestleMania=]. The two of them go back and forth with each other, even with Roman Reigns being the first to kick out of the Running Knee. The match ends with Bryan going for another knee, only for Reigns to catch him with a spear and win the match. Bryan didn't like the result, but he does tell Roman: "You better kick his ass!" This was, almost universally, considered one of the only good matches of the night (alongside Rusev/Cena). Considering how big of a BaseBreaker Roman is, this says a lot...

* The 2015 edition has Wrestling/TripleH calling out Sting dressed not in his usual business suit, but in street clothes like he's gonna get into a fight. He then tries to talk Sting into leaving the WWE in exchange for making a mint off of merchandise royalties. Of course it turns into a brawl between the two. Even when Triple H has his trusty sledgehammer, Sting beats him to the punch with his baseball bat, making him drop the hammer (as in toss it out of the ring) and corners him. He then points to the [=WrestleMania=] sign, showing that's what he wants, all without saying a word. Triple H tries to jump him again, but gets a bat to the gut, and a Scorpion Deathdrop for his trouble.

* Wrestling/{{Rusev|AndLana}} kicked a ''lot'' of asses in his first year on the main WWE roster, but he scored the biggest win of his career at ''[[Wrestling/WWEFastlane Fastlane 2015]]'' when he got Wrestling/JohnCena - ''John freakin' Cena'' - to pass out to the Accolade. Granted, it took a distraction from Lana, but when has Cena ''ever'' lost to a submission hold?
