* First off, one to the creators - working on absolutely NoBudget, they made essentially a full-length film that's far more frightening than all but the best Hollywood horror movies. They even got the attention of Creator/RogerEbert, who called it "remarkably well done."
* For the creators, Entry #49. A WhamEpisode that truly, no one saw coming, that will leave you staring at the screen in shock and horror. In fact, the ability of the series to have WhamEpisode after WhamEpisode is awesome in and of itself.
** Eventually outdone by Entry #80.
* Entries #65 and 83, meanwhile, are [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome Awesome Moments]] for their editing, cinematography, scripting, etc- 83 in particular for its epic teleportation chase across half the locations in the series (which, of course, would have meant going back to all of these places to film.)
* Troy Wagner has balls of titanium to film in such a dark, claustrophobic, and obviously unsafe place in Entry #60.
* Out-of-character Tim Sutton gets one in Entry #61, managing to pull off a convincing and disturbing seizure. The way his body contorted and everything, that's talent!
** [[http://jtroyw.blogspot.com/2012/08/hold-up.html Troy Wagner relates how]] Tim requested to watch the playback of every take and repeatedly did the scene to make sure it was exactly right. Considering exactly what he had to do in that scene, that's practically justification for a "Crowning Moment of DoingItForTheArt" right there.
*** More than that: Troy revealed in a later Q & A that Tim watched numerous videos of real-life seizures and took notes because he wanted to make sure he portrayed the "fit" as accurately as possible. For someone with no professional training, that's some real dedication.
* From Entry #65, Tim Sutton gets one out of character for being willing to jump into freezing water in November for our entertainment. Talk about taking one for the team!
* Tim, Troy and Joseph are now a part of the writing team for the ''VideoGame/{{Slender}}'' [[VideoGame/SlenderTheArrival sequel]]!
* The cipher in "Surveillance" has so far stumped every amateur cryptographer in the fandom - a fandom that routinely makes spectrographs of the sound in its endless search for hidden messages - despite a number of hints dropped through Jay's Twitter. One Tumblr fan said that, the next time someone makes a joke about people from Alabama being dumb, she's going to "show them this code and watch them weep."
** The Unfiction forum finally solving said cipher also qualifies. It reads "TRULY YOUR FAULT / SHE'S OUT THERE / I AM WATCHING".
* In late February 2013, it was [[http://variety.com/2013/digital/news/marble-hornets-flying-to-bigscreen-818489/ announced]] (and later [[http://jtroyw.blogspot.com/2013/02/now-suddenly-this.html verified]] by Troy) that Marble Hornets is being adapted into a major motion picture, with series producer Kirill Baru at the helm.
** And who is filling the Operator's shoes? [[http://jtroyw.blogspot.com/2013/10/so-about-that-movie.html None other than]] Doug Jones, known for playing [[Film/Hellboy2004 Abe Sapien]] and one of [[Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer the Gentlemen]] (the latter of which was an influence on Franchise/TheSlenderManMythos). [[SincerityMode Awesome job, casting agency.]]
* Having lost the financial backing they had to produce the first two [=DVD=]s, the [[FanNickname Brotrinity]] started a 30-day Kickstarter to fund the third season DVD. They made their goal of $8,000 in ''three hours.'' By the time the Kickstarter was over, they had made $76,239, surpassing every stretch goal they'd set and funding their next, post-MH project in the process.
* A few days before posting Entry 85, all three creators posted on Twitter that they had done something dangerous. Come Entry 85, we see what they did: rather than use editing for the part where Alex sets Tim's house on fire, they actually dumped gasoline on the porch and show Alex lighting it up.
* In the SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic category, we have [[https://soundcloud.com/robert-panico/jays-obsession-marble-hornets-score "Jay's Obsession"]], a briskly-paced, pulse-pounding theme for Jay created by Robert Panico, who previously gave us [[https://soundcloud.com/robert-panico/the-operator-marble-hornets "The Operator"]] and [[https://soundcloud.com/robert-panico/jessica-marble-hornets-score "Jessica"]].
* Somebody ''[[https://youtu.be/kmAjoMkmi40 actually completed Alex Kralie's Marble Hornets]]'', catching the attention of Tim Sutton.
** This can't be understated: these filmmakers stitched together footage from Alex's trailer and other scenes that Alex managed to record, and made it a cohesive narrative. There's even an Operator cameo to tie it into canon!

* Entry #33: When Jay sets the camera down to dig through the safe, [[spoiler:we catch a glimpse of Masky apparently sneaking up from behind; when Jay finally notices, how does he greet his old foe?
