Izumi calls in Bunks, in which he single-handedly turned the UN decision around by showing that the five supreme council members were basically full of craps, using their high position to be tyrants on smaller nations like his, which actually housed Earthlings and Balmians living together in peace and ''all of them'' vouching for Kazuya's innocence. In the end, Bunks proposed that Kazuya is declared innocent ''and'' the supreme council ''disbanded'' and Miwa ''stripped from his ranks''. And all of the UN members ''agreed right of the bat''.
