D.I.C.E. or DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises (Japanese title, Dinobreaker) is a 2005 animated series first produced for America, then dubbed into Japanese and Tagalog.

Out in the Sarbylion galaxy, an organization called DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises (Japanese, Dinobreaker Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises), which is an aid group for anyone in need. They have one unit called Fortress F99 consisting of orphans that pilot. With the Dinobreaker, a TransformingMecha that goes from vehicle mode to dino mode, they always get the job done. The show tells about their intergalactic adventures.

----
!!Tropes used by the series:

%%* ABoyAndHisX: A boy and his robot dinosaur. %% Add more context to describe their relationship and what effect it has on them. %%
* AnimeHair: Taken to an extreme extent.
* Bishonen: Robert. He's quite vain about it too.
* ButtMonkey: Gelato
* ConvenientlyAnOrphan: All of F199.
* EmpathicWeapon: All the Dinobreakers seem to respond to their riders and can operate autonomously to one degree or another.
* EverythingsBetterWithDinosaurs: Dinosaur mecha!
* HotBlooded: Jet Seigel the most, but a lot of other characters.
* KidHero: An entire team of them.
* ImmortalityField: D.I.C.E.'s Body of Elders were looking for the gate of AnotherDimension called "Heron Universe" to gain endless life and youth, but they died before they can reach it. When the F-99 team visited it, they discovered that the natives of Heron indeed have immortality and it was given to them by the Immortal Pharaoh (so no hope there for the people of the other universe). In a subversion, it's implied that they remain immortal even if they leave as it turned out that one of their organization's benefactors named Smyl Iri was a Heronian all along. Like the Phantom Knight, he aims to end the immortality of Heronians because he believes it causes stagnancy. The Immortal Pharaoh was then revealed to be [[spoiler:possessed by the Lumosword, a LivingWeapon obsessed with life. When Jet killed the Lumosword, the real Immortal Pharaoh was freed and regular time and lifespan returned to the Heronians]].
* ImprobableHairstyle
* LongLostRelative: Jet Seigel's brother Zack carbon-copies Racer X perfectly - he fakes his own death, then returns under the guise of Phantom Knight, with only his driving skills cluing Jet (and the audience) in on who he is.
* PowerArmor: Not only that, but shorter team members get inserts that allow them to stand at a standard height alongside taller ones.
* ShipTease: Between Marcia and Tak in episode 8.
* StockDinosaurs: Each a different mecha.
* TeamPet: Moke
* ThoseTwoGuys: The glory-hounding fake DICE team, which gets into trouble a lot.
* TransformingMecha: Each dinobreaker transforms from a vehicle to a dinosaur shaped mecha.
* Tsundere: Puffy Angel towards Jet Seigel. She runs so hot and cold for him it's easy to see.
* TyrannosaurusRex: Two mechas shaped like them.

Doesn't have any actual context outside of production an a note that it's "noticeable"

* ConspicuousCG: The hand-drawn stuff was by Creator/Xebec, the CG was largely farmed out to Taiwanese firm CGCG, Studio Galapagos, Creator/StudioBihou (who also did the series' backgrounds) and Saruchin Company. It can get pretty noticeable at times, mostly with the outlines.

* TheProblemWithLicensedVideoGames: The videogame is pretty forgetable; the only good point is, if you have enough patience to collect all secret MacGuffin, the last, secret boss battle.
