"La llama que llama" ("The llama that calls") was a series of Argentine advertisings by Telecom, a telephone company. It featured a group of llamas making a PrankCall. The idea is that with Telecom the long-distance and international call prices were so low that even the llamas took advantage of them, calling diverse and strange places in and out of the country.

But the parent was angry that the young llama spent so much money in international calls, so he hit the kid in the head, leaving him with his current sub-par intelligence. In fact, the parent finds hitting the kid so funny, that he's glad they didn't have a way to make cheap international calls back then!
