Keru: Actually, the standard length isn't 12, it's 13. Recently, it's been becoming 12 instead due to budgetary concerns, mostly. (And, to make room for the occasional one-hour specials for really popular series like Naruto and Bleach.) This is also why there are series that come in at 39 episodes in length (see Utena, for example).

Ununnilium: Yeah, I've seen a lot more 13s than 12s.

Keru: You still see a lot of 13s in this day and age, too. It's just, the 12-ep run is becoming more popular. And then there's all the stuff that gets DVD-only episodes (there's already a trope semi-for this, don't try to make a new one!).

Kendra Kirai: I don't know how to use punctuation within a wikiword...I'm sure somebody will come around before too long, but just in case...there's two that I added with punctuation as part of their name.

Devil's Advocate: I don't think you can, strictly speaking, but what you can do is create a WikiWord without punctuation, but create link text that includes punctuation. For example, ''[[{{Monty Pythons Flying Circus}} Monty Python's Flying Circus]]'' gives Monty Python's Flying Circus. I went ahead and fixed the two in this entry.

Kendra Kirai: So THAT'S how you do that! Thanks!

Big T: The official way to do that is [[MontyPythonsFlyingCircus Monty Python's Flying Circus]] The use of the double braces is discouraged unless it is absolutely necessary.

Charred Knight: Deleted a shoehorning by claiming Evangelion was two separate series IN SPIRIT. Yeah, that's not an example because we want LITERAL 12-13 episode series while Evangelion was a 26 episode series with some movies.

Symbolis: Would Zombie Loan fit here? While it's 11 episodes(plus 2 DVD-only), it seemed like it was cut short, to me, rather than being complete.
