A world where it is explicitly stated that literally ANYTHING can happen, the psychology and sociology of the setting are explained, and there is some overarching logic that prevents it from being a total World Gone Mad with no consistency.
As Above, So BelowFrom the Laconic, it looks like it was supposed to be a sort of Mundane Utility version of Fantasy Kitchen Sink—where the world is identical to Real Life but with fantasy elements taken for granted—but due to some confusing bits in the description and general Trope Decay, has become Fantasy Kitchen Sink In Real Life.
