Surely there must be at least one Deconstruction example of this trope. A world where it is explicitly stated that literally ANYTHING can happen, the psychology and sociology of the setting are explained, and there is some overarching logic that prevents it from being a total World Gone Mad with no consistency.

From the Laconic, it looks like it was supposed to be a sort of Mundane Utility version of Fantasy Kitchen Sink—where the world is identical to Real Life but with fantasy elements taken for granted—but due to some confusing bits in the description and general Trope Decay, has become Fantasy Kitchen Sink In Real Life.

Might need something about a tendency of these works to surpass Troperiffic and cycle around into full blown Self Aware Trope Continuity.
