Anybody know more about the 1988 theater production of Carrie? I've heard it was one of the biggest theater flops of all time, despite mixed reactions from the audience and scathing reviews from the critics. I'm a bit torn whether it belongs here or not.

I've heard a fair sum of people on Youtube praise the reworked London production of Lord of the Rings, including its music and Laura Michelle Kelly's performance as Galadriel. Is it possible that maybe only the Toronto production falls under this category?
