Okay, so I realise that the main characters of Soul Eater form a Four-Temperament Ensemble, but do villain examples count? I think Arachne's Five Bad Band (of sorts) counts, with Arachne as choleric/phlegmatic, Giriko as sanguine, Mosquito as melancholic; then there's Medusa's group, with her as choleric, Free as sanguine, Eruka as melancholic(?) with shades of sanguine, and Chrona as supine. Would these count as examples?
