Seems too Specific. Maybe a bit too "Dropped A Bridge On Him... On A Thursday". Like a Combo of Big Eater and Extreme Omnivore.

Stupid: The Ditz. Stupid and fat: Fat Idiot. Rock-eating: Extreme Omnivore, specifically Eat Dirt, Cheap. Eats rocks specifically on the regular: Paste Eater. Hairless: Bald Of Awesome or Bald of Evil or just plain bald.
For every low there is a high.
Is there a trope for the kind of stupid, rock-eating, fat, hairless characters in animation. Examples like Hippo from the Earthbending fighting ring in Avatar or that fat guy from Battle Dib from Invader Zim.
