We just need to solve the question of "Who will DM this", because I do not think I will be able to.

I'm completely on the fence on whether or not I'll have my characters go to the DBZ world.

More than likely, I may extend my break for a little bit.

Ah yes. At this point, I'm just stalling, aren't I?

Well, the avatar for my character is the one I'm using right now.

My character/avatar's name is Dark Hound. He is a pirate robot who hails from an alternate universe where humanity is extinct and sentient robots have control. He's the captain of a ship and speaks in a Welsh accent.

I'm just gonna say his personality in these tropes:

Hot-Blooded Large Ham Small Name, Big Ego A Father to His Men

I haven't thought of a name for his ship yet. Any ideas?

And if it's not too much to ask, may we have a bit more of a detailed explanation for what this guy is like? Tropes, while very useful in imparting the general idea of a character, don't always give a full picture, and I am curious to hear more about this robot pirate captain.

Well, alright then.

In his universe, Dark Hound is the most feared pirate out there. He has a reputation for being incredibly ruthless and somewhat sadistic; there was a report that said that he allegedly brutally murdered someone just for annoying him. He travels to various universes to show his ruthlessness off and gain more fear.

Thanks to this reputation, Dark Hound has become quite an egotistical individual, referring to himself as the "Super Pirate". Unfortunately, while he can still be a threat, his arrogance has caused him to make some rather poor choices for his crew, as a result, he gained a new reputation for being an incompetent captain. As a result, he captures anyone who even looks at him funny and executes them on the spot, even his own crew members.

Despite this, Dark Hound cares very much for his crew, and messing with him or any of his crew members is a one way ticket to learning why he earned his reputation of fear.

tl;dr: He was once The Dreaded, but thanks to arrogance, he suffered Badass Decay. However, it's still not a good idea to piss him off.

Also before I forget, Fuckyes wanted me to let every one know he was going to be gone for a couple days

Only thing I'd be concerned about is if this Dark Hound started trying to kill characters randomly in the rp.

But I'm pretty sure that's covered by the rules already, so I'm willing to let evo900 try them out.

That shouldn't be an issue Raidouthe21st, something that Dark Hound is really oblivious to is that he's all bark and no bite, unless he's really angry, which is, fortunately, quite rare.

So, what's happening now in the rp?

Not much I dont think, things have been rather quite recently.

Yeah, things have been fairly quiet this month. You should be able to slip in fine.

Think its the lack of plot/things to do at the moment, or something else?

Lack of plot, and a fair amount of players are M.I.A. thanks to irl or computer woes.

And we still haven't found a plot meister for our DBZ dragonball hunt. >.>

Yeah, there are times where things just slow to a crawl. Usually when education period starts back up. It's natural.

And, well, I'd offer to DM, but I'm no DBZ expert. And I'm more likely to make the whole thing into a bigger nonsensical farce than Toriyama can already make it.

So long as the fights don't last six days (five of which is filler) you'll do fine, Rai. :P

I'm curious about something. Are we gonna use DBZ Abridged continuity, with additions from the main canon, when we reach the Dragonball world?
