According to my friends (and my mom, for that matter), I've been hit on a few times and not even realized it, so I'd certainly say it's possible that you have been hit on—you just haven't noticed it.

Hehehe. I really identified with him. His attitude and how he approaches what he likes are similar to how I am. His friends reaction to him saying he was looking for a job is also the reaction my friends would probably have,

The Prez was weird, but in a cool way.

Well, not that much older. Well, I don't know, maybe 5 years older. Still creepy. And by rude, I mean they're definitely not chivalrous.

Seconding "Meaty is cute" here. As for hitting on people, my idea of hitting on someone is, well, pretty innocent (like "arm around the shoulders and peck on the cheek" innocent). Or is that flirting? I'm not sure.

Either way, I know being affectionate to others makes me happier, so...

I'd cite my sources if I could get myself to take a picture.

@Black Moon: He is a Magnificent Bastard in my opinion. I wonder whatever happened to him though? He was definitely the oddest character. It almost seemed like he should not be in a Slice of Life series.

I remember you posting a couple pictures in Photos a while back, Miij.

There is a very clear division between complimenting and flirting with me. Compliments are things like "Made of Meat is a cute lady", and flirting is more like "Aon, meet me back in that secluded hallway in about five minutes".

@Lucky: Those were from 2006 and 2007, though. I lost like... 60 pounds since then.

Being a literally invisible person can be darkly fun. I can wear an interesting hat or weird asymmetrical eyeliner like I did for Halloween, and no one cares.

Mine's going to be a short list ('cause I'm completely exhausted) but I'll likely expand it later. So...

Jethro - For being so very pretty and awesome and Finnish.

Bobby G - My impression is he has a sort of innocence/idealism (which combined with that accent) makes me fairly certain I'd be smitten if he weren't a straight fellow.

Meaty - For sharing a lot of my hobbies ('cept the doll one and painting in menstrual blood for obvious reasons) which is rather rare to come across IRL.

That's pretty much one of the bests things about being female. You have a pretty steady supply of free blood for a week.

• Haven is really cool and certainly deserves his position as Main Character. I always feel bad about his Real Life stuff because I can't help.
• Obvious Solstace is obvious. He has cool ideas that I can help to flesh out and is much more creative than me. He's dedicated to what he wants to be dedicated to.
• Made Of Meat is super-creative and interesting. Every time I feel like I maybe understand her I'm proven wrong. An enigma wrapped in a mystery wrapped in a six-foot-tall No Gender alien being.
• Blackmoon, as has been said, pulls of Lovable Sex Maniac perfectly. And has good stories.
• Outta The BLAM is much more skilled than she gives herself credit for.
• AFGNCAAP is really cool. I can't imagine why she thinks I'm The Hero or something she should be more like because I'd rather be more like her. She's so articulate!
• Galeros is De Terminator!
• Lucky Revenant is definitely somebody that I would like to be friends with in Real Life. He seems reliable and compassionate.
• Zephid and C Trombley are hyperintelligent.
• Fawriel does that cuteness thing pretty well without being annoying, and is an excellent artist.
• Bobby G is a good person with high moral standards, without seeming coldly logical or anything.
• melloncollie is apparently my enemy. That's good; adversarial relationships are more fun.
• Katrika is really nice and does that silly "OMG what" reaction. Don't know how to say it. And she decided to have a long PM conversation with me when she joined for some reason!
• Zyxzy is level-headed, seems to make it a point to respond to all of the forgotten posts in fast-moving threads, and provides a view a lot different from mine without being infuriating.
• Lull The Conqueror is sorta himself. I dunno. He's funny.
• Fast Janitor for site maintenance and being Supa Cool.
• Korgmeister can tell me things about computers without making my head spin.
• Kris Mahai is my not-feeling-empathy buddy, or something!
• Broken Chaos did that user history thing and is a techie who I don't understand. Yay!
• Spaghetti Cat III is notable for being completely unnotable, quite an achievement.
• Elmer36919 seems to live in Awesomeopolis, Awesomeland.
• El The Daze picked up Listening to 11.975 MHz independently of me. High five, sir and/or ma'am!
• Kinkajou is really really smart while still being a teenager. I eagerly await the day when he outgrows his Self-Deprecation.
• Meta Four: she is pretty intelligent, and entomology is the best science or close to it.
• Sneeb pulls off Deadpan Snarker by being genuinely funny, instead of just an asshole.
• Aondeug, how could I forget you?! You're a really cool girl, and melloncollie's disciple, meaning that at some point, presumably, I'll get to argue with you! This is a good thing. Very good.
• catch_the_sun, besides being very nice and intelligent in general, is an awesome ninja.
• Hilarity Ensues is quite cynical but not in a bad way, and has my eternal gratitude. He also makes me wonder why you think I'm funny. That made me fall over laughing.
