In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

I rewatched Digimon recently in Japanese and it was a treat.
They're doing that new series with the cast from the original sometime soon, don'tcha know.
月を見るたび思い出せThat is the very reason I'm all nostalgic about it.
Should I start an entire thread for my Photoshopping of celebrities?
Well, the emotional abuse I heap on my parents has finally come to bite me in the butt. Once my disability money comes in, I'm gonna be kicked out of the house. They just can't take my emotional manipulation anymore. Probably won't have any internet where ever I'm going, either. And my computer is old. And I have no job skills. Or a car. Any education plans might as well be down the toilet. Or family ones.
I've really fucked up my life, haven't I?
Blog linkIt's time to apologized, attempt to make things right, and start spamming job applications. I'm talking Walmart, Mc Donalds, ect. You don't need skills for those. If you're on disability you should be able to find cheap Section 8 housing, assuming you're in the states. Don't be picky, take what you can get, both job and housing wise.

I'd rather the world betray me, but I won't betray the world.Looks like you need to start rebuilding. All the luck!
I've replenished my booze supplies for this weekend. I bought:
- 1 fifth of Captain Morgan white rum
- 1 fifth of motherfuckin' Fireball.
- and finally, to beat the summer heat, 1 fifth of Rumpleminze.
Trying to read the second book of The Heroes of Olympus, but all I can think is "Man do I hate Romans."
So authoritarian and anti-fun...
Guys, I'm going away for the weekend. There probably won't be private wifi at the place we're staying but there may be a library or cafe or something else with public wifi in the town. It's 7 AM on Saturday for me as I post this, and I'm leaving circa 10 AM. I will be back on Tuesday, probably noon or later.
(I copied and pasted this from my post on the Trash Heap.)
Have fun.
月を見るたび思い出せUpdate on housing situation: I can stay from now until I get a decision on disability benefits as long as I abstain from fussing, whining, tantrum throwing, and other assorted shenanigans that a 26 year old really should not be doing. One instance of improper behavior, and I'm out. If my behavior improves, I might stay longer, but since the only improvement I've made in my life since graduating high school is learning to drive, my parents think I'd be more inclined to get my life in gear if I lived somewhere else. They're probably right.
Blog linkJust watched The 36th Chamber of Shaolin. At least a quarter of that movie must've been Training Montage, but they managed to keep it cool.
Today is America.
INSIDE OF YOU THERE ARE TWO WOLVES. BOTH OF THEM WANT YOU TO SHOOT ELVIS.Today we celebrate the savior of America.
My avatar.
The true Messiah.
dead devotionOh shit, I should probably change my avatar to something more appropriate.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI had a dream that I was on a cruise ship that dinosaurs had invaded and were eating people. My dad had a plan to stop them but nobody believed him, so we had to wait until we blew up a pleisiosaur in the pool that enough of them believed us.
After we blew its head off, I danced around the deck slapping people with its neck telling them what idiots they were to this song:
Was a fun dream. ;p Unfortunately I didn't get to hear my dad's plan, but it probably involved abandoning ship and moving to another one that was sailing beside us.
Some combination of Jurassic Park or Jurassic World (neither of which I'd seen), Kingdom Keepers (when they go onto the Disney cruise ship), and Kpop. ;p

Such dreams are disappointing when they end, aren't they? But I suppose that's the nature of dreams.
Finished Fate Zero, and now I'm sad. Loved every episode of it, though.
Reunions with old friends are always fun. Though it is a bit awkward when you realize you're going to be their (academic) seniors next year...
Don't stop, just proceed, 'cause this is what you need-proceed, just proceed, 'cause this is what you need!Especially sad because that song hasn't even been released yet.
But yes, old friends and finishing things...so sad...
IT'S SHARK WEEK, MOTHERFUCKERS!

No.
I haven't seen it for years.
Maybe I should at some point now that I'm a young adult.
Funny we should mention Digimon Adventure; the kid in my avatar is voiced by the same English VA as Kari.
Not that most of you would know that. :P
