Alright, I've watched through the openings scene, as well as listening to [1]]'s narriation, and I found myself tied up and gagged and surrounded by plenty of assholes. Then, some guy with a gun decided to shoot me in the head after he talked about some game being "rigged from the start." Ouch.
Luckily, I woke up in some doctor's house. He asked my name, which would be...Ethan Sunderland. Next, he introduced himself as Dr. Mitchell, and he told me that I'm in Goodsprings. After that, he showed me a mirror, which gave me the chance to customize my appearance, which I did. As I've promised, he looked somewhat similar to Shia, from what I can tell. Should I take a picture of his face?
Shouldn't this be in Liveblogs?
I have never realized about it. But should I continue blogging this game? There was another blog involving New Vegas.
I opted not to do Hardcore mode. The dealbreaker for me was the weight on ammo. I love having enough ammo on me to supply a small scale war.
The dealbreaker for me was sleep. HOW AM I GOING TO WAIT 24 HOURS IN ONE SPOT TO REFUEL MY KILL SAT IF I NEED SLEEP?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialP Med Bobby about a move to Liveblogs.
Would you like me to continue blogging about New Vegas?
Go right ahead and blog it. It doesn't matter if someone else is already doing it or not. Your play style will be different than other people's play style and will offer a different perspective of the game. The purpose of a live blog is to share your experience with a game, and nobody but you can do that.
I'm from the future but am able to travel into the past with my ultra slow internet connection. One thing's for sure on Very Hard Hardcore: I kept on dying. A lot.
Okay, I've found out a couple things.
- Feral Ghouls could talk, which could be quite creepy
- Met some guy named Chris Haversam who thinks he's a ghoul (he's not)
- Met Jason Bright at the rocket facility. He looks like he's...covered in radiation, glowing. And HOLY CRAP, his voice sounds..echoy
- I have died a lot less recently.

Aparrently, Jason wanted me to kill some Nightkin in the basement so he and his followers could continue their "Great Journey." Ooookay, this is getting weird.
I've met a Nightkin named Davison. He was guided by a freaking Brahmin skill, which I accidently provocted him and I killed him. Weeeiiirrrd.

I hope I don't offend you, but I think I'd like this playthrough better if you were a bit more descriptive. Personally, I've never experienced any of the Fallout games before (I'm waiting until console prices get cheaper), so terms like 'Nightkin' and 'Brahmin' are lost on me.
And to answer your question on 'why do you want to kill him', please regard Post #8 on the other Fallout: NV Live Blog.
Sorry 'bout that. It was very hard to both blog and play the game at the same time. However, I'll give out a recap of my past actions in the game next weekend.
Also, I got Boone. Hooolllyy crap, he is GOOD!

I've been thinking about starting over with my character. If I do, what suggestions would you give for traits, tag skills, and S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats?
Should I start over? I think I should because I would like to blog the whole entire experience.
My only thoughts as to if you should start over, is that I know nothing about your current character. That's not a vote for or against, but I'm just saying that I have no attachment to this character.
I'm from the future but am able to travel into the past with my ultra slow internet connection.Alright, since I'm starting over, I'm looking for any suggestions for character creation, such as stats, traits, and skills.

Alright, I've watched the opening scene, which contained a seemingly abandoned casino, people walking down the street to various casinos, with police robots chasing down something, New Califorina soldiers and Caeasar's Legion soldiers killing each other as well as me being surrounded by several assholes. Cue Ron Perlman's narriation afterwards, as usual for most Fallout games. In the next part, I found myself tied and and possible gagged near a shallow grave. My grave. Then, one of the assholes, carrying a platinum chip, as well as a gun, decided to say that this was my last delivery (he must have stolen my package I'm supposed to deliver), as well as saying that "the game was rigged from the start." Then he shot me in the head. Ouch.
Luckily, I woke up in some doctor's house. He asked what my name was, which was Ethan Sunderland. Next, the doctor introduced himself as Dr. Mitchell, and he told me that I'm currently in a town called Goodspring, as well as a one-wheelie robot named Victor dug me up and basically saved my ass. He thek ased me if he did a good job removing the bullets from my head, which he gave me a strage looking mirrior, leading me to customize my appearance. After that, with a bit of trouble standing up, I've put in my stats at a machine called Vit-o-matic Vigor Testor.
The good doctor commented me that my stats were nothing special or something like that. Then, le led me to his living room to ask me questions about my mental health, which led me to choose my tag skill and traits. After that, I did a bit of looting in the house and repaired a broken 9mm SMG. Then, before I set out to the wide open wasteland, the good doctor gave my delivery note, a Vault 21 jumpsuit, and a Pip Boy. I've always wonder how he was able to remove his Pip Boy while he was still alive. Anyway, off to the wasteland!
