During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

...do forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't the release date for Thor: Ragnarok in the West November 3rd? I don't think that film is going to be eligible for the 17th.
Alright, looking at your recent edit, looks like we can chalk that up to a typo. November 17th, ACW, not October.

Ok, so, Chucky news:
Cult of Chucky? Nothing new to really add here. Chucky does his thing, torturing people mentally, kills a bunch of people sadistically and possesses Nica from the last movie. He does, btw, learn how to divide his soul up, so he's created 'clones' of himself...dick move to say the least.
He does almost get a standards moment when it's revealed the doctor of the institution is sexually taking advantage of some female patients in really unethical ways. Chucky comments at first he isn't sure if he should be sickened or envious. Later on when he knocks him out, he has a great line. "I can't even with this guy! I don't know if I should be upset or taking notes here!" ....nonetheless, not nearly enough to call them genuine standards.
So, no issues. Still a keep

A Great late to the Great Evil Leader
I would agree with keeping Aries. I had a problem with him in the past, but I decided that since he did consider the Riders a threat he could have just as easily kept his word for Pragmatic Villainy reasons.
So I was on the Villainous Friendship page and I noticed entries for the Emperor and Vader and Ludendorff and Poison. Should those be cut?
Also, do Stranndix and Kirill from Under Siege not count because they're Benevolent Bosses and have a Villainous Friendship? Or are they just outheinoussed by Dane?

Oh, definitely cut Vader and Palpatine there... I'd leave Luddendorf and Poison as is, though, as the matter's a bit more vague there (not anywhere near enough to cut, so nobody get on me).

Poison cares for Ludendorff, but I don't think it's reciprocated enough to disqualify the latter.

It's not, although the matter's foggy enough that I don't really want to strike it from Luddendorf's page regardless. You'll find plenty of people who'll argue for the sentiment on Luddendorf's case while Palpatine and Vader's is... definitely more of an inarguable case ("take your father's place at my side," much?).

Oh, no arguments there. Palpatine only cares about corrupting Anakin (and later Luke).
Somone suggested Al-Asad rewrite, but it never has added. Here it is with a few extra tweaks.
- Khaled Al-Asad, also from the first game, is the leader of OPPFOR, a revolutionary movement being added by the Ultranationalists. In his introduction, he overthrows a democratic government in an unknown Middle Eastern country, starting a new reign of terror. Anyone who tries to resist or escape is lined up and used as target practice by his men. He executes President Al-Fulani on national television saying that "This is how it begins". When the U.S Marines invade the country Al-Asad, with no second thoughts, detonates the aforementioned nuke, killing about 30,000 American soldiers along with a great number of innocent people. He did it so he could prevent the Americans coming after him, even though he was already safely away in Azerbaijan.

Anyway here is my write up for Savanti Romero:
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage): Savanti Romero, who would become one of the most powerful reoccurring foes the Turtles ever faced, started off as an assistant to Lord Simultaneous, a powerful wizard that controls the flow of time. Growing jealous of Simultaneous, Romero attempts to erase him from time. However Simultaneous discovers Romero's treachery and transforms him into a goat demon and banishes him to 13th century Europe. Romero takes over a village and makes it into his own fiefdom. Simultaneous' new assistant, Renet, accidentally teleports herself and the Turtles to Romero's village. Romero manages to steal Simultaneous' time scepter from Renet. After the villagers rebel against Romero, Romero uses the scepter's power to create an army of the undead and orders them to slaughter the rebelling villagers. Simultaneous appears banishes Romero to the Cretaceous period. Romero appears later, obsessed with revenge, he lures Renet and the Turtles to the Cretaceous period. After defeating Renet and the Turtles, Romero reveals his new plan, to sacrifice Renet as part of a spell that will cause the comet that wipes out the dinosaurs to miss Earth, causing humanity to cease to exist. The Turtles defeat Romero and he seems to have have died. However Romero was merely frozen in time and reemerges in 12th century Japan. There Romero attempts to build a new empire and plans to wipe out any Japanese clans that oppose him, which wipes out their ancestors in the present. The Turtles travel to medieval Japan and defeat Romero again. After a long absence Romero appears again, traveling to limbo and planning to use an artifact called the Aga-Moo-Tou to make himself into a god and remake reality in his own image.
Also this may seem like a silly question, but I have never reserved a discussion date before and want to reserve any Star Trek Discovery candidates, do I just go to the discussion date page and add my name in?
