The suits are (somehow) readily usable by both humans and endoskeletons, so there's no chance of fatalities happening when someone is stuffed into them. In addition, the Purple Man is changed from murderer to simply kidnapper looking for ransom money.

Aerith isn't impaled by Sephiroth, merely sent to the Shadow Realm. Also, Tifa's... assets are greatly downsized, and instead of swords, Cloud and Sephiroth wield a ginormous paddle and a really long baseball bat.
The Goombas, when jumped on, somehow get teleported to the dungeon.

Everything is animated in extremely simplistic 2D. Faces are drawn as simple 'emotes' with dot eyes and lines for mouths, with no other facial features. This includes the art style for things such as the Sun's Face.

The firearms are all replaced with nerf guns and Lara never gets fatally injured at all. Also, people are magically transported to a dungeon when shot by the nerf guns.

Freddy Krueger is changed into a generic, shadow-framed abstract monster. Those who are caught by him doesn't get killed, but rather made to come down with a case of high fever that forces them to stay in bed. Therefore, scenes such as Tina's death is completely deleted or rewritten to fit Freddy's new "power".

Okabe Rintarou is named Owen Raymonds, Hououin Kyouma is named Howl Kreep, Shiina Mayuri is named Sheena Milcraft, Makise Kurisu is named Mathie Chraser, Hashida Itaru is named Herbert "Bits" Intex. There's less violence and less blood, it will be more light-hearted with some American pop-culture references and slang.
Owen\Howl has an Eastern European accent, Sheena sounds like a valley girl, Bits has a lisp.
Propably they will have Luka\Ruka have always been a girl.
