The "Reason you Suck" Speeches you always wanted to see given

Ah, "The Reason You Suck" Speech. As the majority reception to Quagmire telling Brian off something good demonstrates, there's a noted Catharsis Factor in somebody giving a fearsome and well-thought-out piece of their mind to someone else who so has it coming. And yet, there are characters who, for some reason or another, hasn't yet gotten their much-needed dressing down. They are simply inflammatory, getting under one's skin and making them want to spit acid. Well here's the perfect firing range for that acid spit that's been heating up! This thread is for Tropers to write down those thoughts of a certain Scrappy that have gone unsaid for too long. Imagine that blameless butthole, high-and-mighty hypocrite, gigantic jerkass, lousy load, and/or self-absorbed slimeball is right before you, and give 'em a nice hot serving of Brutal Honesty, extra brutal!

Please keep in mind:

• Keep it civil and try not to start a Flame War. If you absolutely have to contest the dressing down of a character, please, please do not let it overtake the thread.
  • As such, please be wary when writing a speech you suspect might rouse rabble, such as one that targets a character without a noted Hatedom or Broken Base. Try to consider if their failings have already been called out, learned from, and/or made up for, and it helps to acknowledge said character's positive points, in or out of the speech.
• Do not let the thread devolve into Complaining. Make sure your speeches are well thought out and address the character in question in an In-Universe manner.
• Above all else, do not target Real Life people. As tempting as it may be (looking at you, Donald Trump, and you too, North Korea), targeting an actual person is just begging for trouble.

We've received some hollers about this topic, on the basis that it might encourage complaining. The OP does a very good job of conforming with the forum rules, though, and as long as respondents stick with that, I think it'll be okay, and possibly even fun.

I do appreciate everyone putting so much effort into maintaining the civility of the forums. That gives me hope in an oft bleak world.

I see. I noticed this site has gotten very nervous about things that could be construed as complaining, admittedly for good reason. Still, if a Mod was willing to give it a chance (BTW, I send my long overdue thanks to Fighteer for his kind words in doing so!), I'm sure a Troper will eventually drum up the courage to come up with a good one.

Kind of a conundrum. Most of us (most) don't care enough about fictional people to write a long-ass screed against them - that takes some serious time and effort - and doing it to real people isn't allowed.

Hmm, given some of the long, multi-paragraph posts I've seen elsewhere on the Forums and Darth Wiki, I'd have thought otherwise. Either way, it doesn't have to be a "long-ass screed" that "takes some serious time and effort" — just make sure it's civil and well-thought-out, and have fun.

After seeing Lucy's characterization in The Peanuts Movie, I think she should get one at the end of one of the inevitable sequels.
