Changed w/o discussion: Guy On Guy Is Hot

Image was changed without discussion. I prefer the original (and thought it had been chosen by a thread, but I can't find one), but the replacement is a reasonable example. Bringing them here to discuss. Top is the original, bottom is the new one.

Opened...not sure which I prefer, although the new image is a lot more concise.

That has nothing whatsoever to do with the trope, unless I've gone completely insane (a possibility, I'll admit).

I prefer the newer one.

Egads, how the heck did it go over there? Anyway, here's the comic I meant. It seems that the actual image in the page links to a different URL, hence the completely random suggestion. My apologies.

Not a fan of either image in the OP. The first is really wordy and talks about the tropinstead of showing it. The latter has too little emphasis or what the trope is about

With the plot thread going on now in Sticky Dilly Buns, surely there's something SFW there? I'm not in position to do an archive crawl just now, though, so I have no concrete suggestions.

I think there are a few decent suggestions in the thread, better than the old image. The switched-to included.

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking. It wasn't an actual suggestion (I think), but other than that detail, I find it good enough to be one.

I propose taking this gif◊ and make it into a two-panel comic. Source is Daily Lives of High School Boys. But i do not know the context (the episode) to say that it is an example of this trope; i found this gif when randombly searching tumblr.

Exactly the reason why I didn't link to the one in @8. It does work, but @7 relies less on that sort of assumption.

I'd rather not have a 2-panel image if we have something else that works with just 1.

I prefer the original image. It's talky, but it also makes the point clearly and it's funny. Which I for one value.

One could indeed find alternatives in recent Sticky Dilly Buns strips; see panel 3 here or panel 4 here, for example. But I just like the Skin Horse treatment.
