Mechs/Robots you love in videogames?

I downloaded Virtual-On earlier today and felt my love for mechs coming back to me as I played, with the thruster boosting, shooting, clunky movements, dahhhh robots are just too cool. What are some of your favorite ones in gaming? Oh and NO cyborgs.

• Cypher from Virtual-On◊, who is like Sega's Starscream
• Metal Sonic◊
• Protoman and Zero from the Megaman series, who we all know and love. I also really like Fefnir

Curly Brace and Quote◊ from Cave Story. I've also taken a liking to Labrys◊ from the Persona series as of late.

HK-47 from Knights Of The Old Republic.

Jehuty from Zone Of The Enders, the second one made it so fun to control.

Impact from Ganbare Goemon.

Another vote for Jehuty. The ZOE series has always been my favorite mecha game franchise. Then again, I haven't played an Armored Core game, but that too looks very interesting.

Also, not sure if this counts, but I also love the Warframes. All of them.

I'm gonna have to say Mega Man. A Badass Adorable Nice Guy Kid Hero with an Arm Cannon. How can one not love him?

Within that same series, I'd have to say Freeze Man is my favorite Robot Master. In game, he engages in Breaking the Fourth Wall, taunts Mega Man when he doesn't attack, and according to supplementary sources, he's a fanboy of Ice Man, loves mystery novels, and practices cool poses. I like how much personality he has, especially compared to the others.

Yep! My favorite robot ever is Gunleon, from Super Robot Wars Z. Video is from its appearance in the 2nd game.

My second favorites are the Wendigos from OG Gaiden: They've got arm saws!

I have to say, I enjoyed how Lost Planet did mecha. Find a VS, jump in, kick ass, then bail as it went up in flames. Rinse and repeat. Not only that but you could take down the mechs without too much issue. It wasn't easy by any means but almost every one had a weak point and if you knew where it was you could take down anything with the basic MG.

I saw shades of this in Titanfall as well and that was a fairly decent game.

Giant Clank from Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando. Blowing up all the buildings while Duking it out with the bosses was too much fun.

The AALIYAH and SOLUH from Armored Core 4 are some of my favourite mech designs ever.

The Armored Core 4 verse has some lovely mechanical designs.
