No.
I don't get nightmares.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseNo.
I feed on fear.
ಠ_ಠNo, but I did get paranoia fuel from reading the Paranoia Fuel page.
To this day, I'm still absolutely certain that someone is watching me.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartThis is weird for me, guys. Normally, I also "feed on fear." I am an infamous darkficcer in my fandoms. (I'm the Legend of Zelda fan fiction writer who wrote "that story where Wolf Link gets skinned" ) among other things. I collect, clean and paint animal/wildlife bones and skulls a hobby. I am a member of the Nightmare Fetishist Coven here.
But creepy meant to be cute trying too hard for children have always been an natural fit for assorted murder and haunting for me. I used to fear overly realistic dolls as a kid. My bedroom is filled with art made with real animal skulls - dead deer, that horse skull I'm proud of, yet... no dolls. Nope.
In which I attempt to be a writer.I would like to visit your house. Very much.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. That actually sounds hella cool.
And also, yeah I'll admit I got pretty freaked out when I stayed up till 2 am reading the page on The Slenderman Mythos.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartThe kind of horror that gets me is usually of biological nature.
The only nightmare fuel page that ever managed to creep me out was the Real Life page for Body Horror. Like, whoa.
The least scary nightmare fuel page was that of MLP:FIM. Like...really?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. They should've put something like this◊ instead
Except that's not from the actual show...
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartAw, that's cute. ^-^
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseNah, I'm more of a Nightmare Fetishist if anything.
Stupid doomed timeline...A bit less cute.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseBut
That one is way cuter ._.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI wouldn't know, it's really dark.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elsex whatever.
Sorry for late reply. The computing power in my household is elderly and ads have been crashing my browsers something fierce today.
For the person who wants to see my house, there is my current webage (which will probably go bye bye in April as my time will be up on it and I haven't seen the traffic I've been wanting to see from it). http://www.senordwall.com/ There is the sub-page just for the bone art here: http://www.senordwall.com/BoneArtSite/La_Casa_Calavera.html
In which I attempt to be a writer.Holy fuck, that's beautiful @_@
I especially like the deer in the headlights.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartNo, not even reading the Nightmare Fuel pages gives me nightmares.
Some folks on the Internet think they're a special GIFT to the world, and others aren't. In this perspective, they're kind of right.Kinda. See, Nightmare Fuel doesn't literally give me nightmares; it just makes it very, very hard to get to sleep.
I read the Slender Man Mythos page, and laid awake until the sun came up. Luckily, I've gotten past that, thanks to watching Everyman HYBRID, Tribe Twelve, Marble Hornets, and Dark Harvest00.
No, not even Nightmare Fuel gives me the nightmares
Ironically I do usually get a whole lot of horrible nightmares, but they often don't make any logical sense....they are quite surreal really.
Now Paranoia Fuel? That's a different beast altogether

Reading the Nightmare Fuel pages (and the Last Note Nightmare page) did used to creep me out, but they never gave me actual nightmares.
Considering my past with... "intraparental conflict", it struck a bit of a chord.
That looks like an amazing game.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseOh yeah, I saw a penguinz0 playthrough of that.
I really, really, really wanna play it.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI saw Krillin play it.
It was quite entertaining.

what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else
Last night, I decided to randomly look up something I'd seen mentioned here and there online and had no idea about.
Five Nights at Freddy's - I've not played it, originally thought it had something to do with the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise, not sure I have much of an interest in playing it, though I am actually kind of intrigued now. I just wanted to see what the heck it was, came here, of course, and... ugh.
Why was I troping before bed? I read the page, highlighted the spoilers, clicked links to a couple of clips, and... yeah, I think it was part of the reason I had trouble sleeping last night. I know, LAME. No actual nightmares, just a contribution the the insomnia I'd already set up for myself by having a creative writing session (on an unrelated fanfic I'm working on).
It's just... the premise alone freaks me out. I've NEVER liked those animatronic pizza-place mascots. I only ever once had a birthday at a Chuck E Cheese's (though I think it was Pistol Pete's in my area at the time) when I was getting a little too old for that sort of thing because Mom really didn't want to clean up after a party and convinced me on the grounds that getting a good deal on pizza is awesome. I've always found the mascots freaky. I have a strong imagination, uncanny valley really gets to me. So, the idea of fowl-smelling murder-bots in fursuits is just something of a primal fear for me, I guess.
Eh. I don't have a phone that can support games like that (my phone is basic, used as a phone, often forgotten and left at home) and my laptop is old and failing, so I probably couldn't get the game to give myself a heart attack with anyway.
Well... just reading the tropes page last night has me with a residual feeling of creep-out. Has "just reading about a thing that you have not actually experienced" here on Tropes done that to you? If so, what?
