That's a fantastic suggestion. I make 6 votes, and that's good enough for me. It's up and tagged; I'm going to pothole it to The Prince and the Pauper since there's not a page for the Disney version that I can find. Caption or no?
It looks good but it's a case of Identical Stranger, not twins. Between them they have four parents including two mothers who gave birth to each of them.
Edit: Prince and Pauper can use a better one and the Mickeys would fit nicely, but on Twin Switch it's not an example.

Is there any reason why Twin Switch can't include Identical Strangers?
I mean, as written it's specifically about biological twins one a Two-Timer Date. I can't see any reason why it can't be expanded to include an Identical Stranger taking his counterpart's role on a non-date situation.

I would think just about every example of Identical Stranger would have an intentional switch or accidental confusion. There's more to do with twins because of their family background.
Note that Princess Salvia and Dawn currently illustrating Prince and Pauper aren't related either, so they can't be used for Twin Switch.
Wait, if this trope is about a Two-Timer Date, then the suggestion is Not An Example.
Honestly, I think the description being unclear is a bigger problem. The description seems to limit it to Two-Timer Date, while most of the examples seem to be anytime twins pretend to be the other one. (Which makes more sense, honestly).
