Priscilla won't be dodging attacks too soon thanks to her frame, but she can turn invisble and mess up with Magician's fireballs with her ice breath. Plus, half of him is a weakspot, perfect for a giant scythe to tear him apart. Think it's a fair fight with her having a slight edge.
