It's not Kill and Replace, though, and characters who fall under The Nth Doctor generally don't fall under Suspiciously Similar Substitute (since it's the same character).
the caption was in context to The Terminatior.
But the caption could easily just as work without any links.

The text on 45 looks much better... but (at the risk of being picky) the yellow border on the right side of the image seems to be clipped on a slant.
