The Worker raises a hand at the streaks, another disk in his palm, pried from his other ring. The disk absorbs most of the streaks, and he releases it in a blast of fire through his ring at Mami and the Pikeman. The remaining streaks wrap around the Worker's arms and start to restrain him.

Well, canonically, the magic rings absorb suitable energy from outside sources (e.g. absorbing heat for a fireball) and channel it into spells, so I just absorbed the heat from the blast, not really the damaging powers.

I wasn't trying to negate your Attack Reflector, I was pointing out the effect of the part of the attack you didn't block.

"Look out!"

-Mami pushes the Pikeman aside, and attempts to leap over the fire-

-She waves her arm, and summons a swarm of rifles-

"You wish to fight? Fine. I hope you survive this."

-With that, her newly summoned rifles unleash a barrage of More Dakka-

(clumsily dashes to the side to avoid the blast)

(takes some time getting back up)

The Worker stumbles backwards several metres from the suppressive fire, and the chains don't help much.

The Deathless, now slightly irritated, uses his other ring to summon the Pikeman's weapon into his hands (using the disk from earlier that stuck to the Pikeman's spear), and slices up the chains with the Infinity Blade, which glows with an eerie blue light.

He parries one of the shots, sending it straight for the weaponless Pikeman.

-Mami lands, and waves her hand, summoning several more rifles to fire on the Worker-

-The ground beneath the Worker's feet also begins to glow-

(pikeless) Well, that's not fair!(pulls out a hunting knife)

(hit right in the arm) Agh!(stumbles) What devilry is this?!(clutches his damaged arm)

The Worker dashes towards Mami, using the Pikeman's pike to deflect several of the shots, but his armour takes a lot of fire. He slashes with the Infinity Blade to scatter the rifles, and stabs the blade at her, the sword glowing bright blue.

-Mami summons a rifle and uses it to parry away the Worker's sword, deflecting it off to her side, before proceeding to aim a spinning kick at him-

-Meanwhile, golden threads are starting to sprout from the ground around his feet-

The Worker catches the kick with the pike, and he thrusts the Infinity Blade again, the sword flashing with eldritch blue flames.

(has patched himself - improvising - and is now ready for more action)

(dashes at Worker, intent on shouldertackling him and receiving his spear back)

-Mami leaps backwards, out of reach of the sword (and out of the pikeman's way)-

-Golden ribbon-chains start to bind the Worker's feet, hopefully arresting any lunge attempts (and making it easier for the pikeman to hit him)-

-Mami summons another larger-than-normal rifle, which begins Sucking-In Lines-

The Worker shoves the spear into the Pikeman, while using the Infinity Blade to slash away the chains.

Energy begins to build up inside him, and he raises his hand again, apparently trying to use the ring as an Attack Reflector again.

-Mami sees this-

Oh, you have got to be kidding me - I am not going to fall for that again!

-She puts away the BFG, instead focussing on using her ribbon-chains to bind him-

-They worm around his legs, and start to crawl up his arms...-

(narrowly dodges the thrust and grabs it with his other hand)

(pulls away, sheathing his knife and brandishing the weapon with two hands, though with some difficulties)

You seriously think I'd try that again?

The Worker, instead unleashes a massive Super Attack, ripping apart the chains and sending a huge shockwave that slightly tears up the ground, and induces a massive knockback and concussion effect on everything it hits.

-Mami is sent flying backwards, slamming into a building hard-

-She's seeing stars as she falls to her hands and knees-

-A swarm of rifles hovers protectively around her, a poorly-aimed barrage of shots sprayed in the general direction of the Worker, aimed more to cover her recovery than to hurt him-

Getting a bit late for me, and this is a bit one-sided. How should we tie this up?

(in the middle of all this, this damaged Mook is still trying his hardest)

(dashes towards Worker to stab him)

The Worker angrily marches towards Mami, deflecting every shot with his recharged holo-shield.

He is abruptly stabbed in the back by the Pikeman. It is at most a minor inconvenience, but it's enough to piss him off tremendously, and in the blink of an eye, he thrusts his hand at the Pikeman's neck, going to choke him.

If you think that toy will kill me, then you are a bigger fool than I imagined.

Yeah, I gotta wrap this up too. Let's hurry.

"Leave... him... alone!"

-As Worker is preoccupied with attacking the pikeman, Mami unties her bow tie, spiralling the ribbon in the air before transforming it into the biggest BFG yet-

-We all know what's coming next...-

"Tiro... Finale!"

Well then, how about this toy?

J/k, I know he'll No-Sell it somehow, Mami's way too out-powered here.

Grhk!(throws a well-aimed groin kick combined with a left punch slug to Worker's face in an attempt to make him let go)

GRAGH!!

The Worker is majorly pissed now, and strengthens his grip on the Pikeman's neck, but the hits cause him to notice the BFG pointing straight at him.

Smirking, he activates his Incarnate Dark spell, spawning a mini-black hole in the Pikeman's face, and he stumbles towards Mami.

(keeps wailing on him)

(but one can only do so much when there's a mini-black hole up your face)

(gets wedgie'd into oblivion as he limps down in Worker's grasp without any semblance of face remaining)

-Mami screams in horror as she sees the pikeman die-

-She funnels her horror and rage into her Tiro Finale, pouring far more power into it than is probably wise, the Wave-Motion Gun beam winging its way towards the Worker-

-A certain hair ornament she wears is starting to shine less and less brightly...-

The Worker is slugged several times, but couldn't give two craps as he hobbles towards Mami and her BFG, dropping the misshapen Pikeman to the ground.

His Infinity Blade now bursts with blue light, with sparks and flames lashing from its tip.

He slams the Godkiller into the Beam with all his force, and an explosion of blue light rocks the city.
