You'd think this would be one of those tropes that would be easy to find an image for.
The current image doesn't seem absolutely awful but I see your point. There are definitely better images of girls with guns out there.
Here's an image of the anime Gunslinger Girl,◊ for one. (Note: not a suggestion for a replacement.)
But that's a story for another time.Another flaw of the current is that it's one person and this is a genre that focuses on female leads with guns. There's SCC◊. We'd have to take off the title at the top. Why not use something from Gunslinger Girl? [1]◊ [2]◊
From the first suggestion:
I like that one.
Check out my fanfiction!Same for me.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHmm. Those images are used on Characters.Gunslinger Girl, split per character.
Check out my fanfiction!I like this picture too. That it's used also on a character page doesn't make it quite a duplicate. It's only a problem when several trope pages use the same picture.
The character page images aren't quite the same format, plus they're split up, plus they're hidden in folders. I think it's okay.
With that many votes (including my own), it's up, potholed, and tagged.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going."Girls in these works are about to shoot you".
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanLink it to Sean Connery Is About to Shoot You, and I approve.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableOK, I've put that up and adjusted the tag.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanLooks good. Hollering for lock. IP is full.

This is certainly not the best illustration for this trope: one gun is hidden by the smoke, and the other is cut ofd by the frame. Plus it's just a bit too dynamic.
We certainly can find something better.
