I'd use the Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick and Double Take links, but there's no need to put Naruto twice.

Only reason I did was because Highly-Visible Ninja broke it into two parts, really. Probably don't need that one at all.

That relies to much on the viewer knowing what Shonen is, and the "T" rating that appears to be on the cover makes it more confusing.

Well, like I said, at least it would work for the Anime & Manga subpage, because it's a pretty common word for fans of those mediums. What I'm saying is at least it'll be familiar to those who are familiar with it.

But if it's actually rated T/PG-13, how can it be this trope?

Technically, you're still legally considered to be a kid until you reach age 13 in Japan, and 18 in America...

PG-13 is by no means considered a kids work, it just means there's minimal extreme content in it. Both X-Files movies, both Mortal Kombat movies, both Tomb Raider movies, Army of Darkness(or at least rightfully is, but got screwed by the MPAA), The Star Wars movies, some of the Star Trek movies, Cowboy Bebop, a large chunk of Stephen King movies, The Gate, The Dark Knight, 90% of other comic book movies, and I could go on and on.

The rating doesn't show the targeted age, it just shows what minimum age the ratings board considers any objectionable content okay for.

I'll have to oppose the Naruto cover, a) because calling it a kid's work is stretching it and b) I am not clear where the Periphery Demographic is.

I think magazine covers are often very busy, so it's hard to see if there's something that isn't very obvious it's supposed to illustrate.

Clock is set. The TRS is well underway, should we just close this up and wait for it to resolve?

Sounds like a plan. I don't think it's an easy TRS to solve.

Definitely doesn't look like it'll be over any time soon.
