Good question, and frankly I don't know.

As far as I'm concerned, I just do a mission regardless of level, and if my new warframe is too weak I hang back until the mission is done. Depending on how well/poorly it went, I re-do the mission or try another place. But really, you need rotten luck to have teammates that can't handle the missions by themselves. If they can't, well the mission just became either a mission won by attrition or by swift movements.

Well, my Ember is under construction — a three day wait, ugh. Fortunately I'll have my Coil helmet to console me in about 12 hours, and a Wyrm in 24. All in all, a fairly productive day.

One advice for sentinels: don't bring them against grineers/corpus when they are brand new. These assholes will shoot your new pet like savages. Infested can't reach, so your darling is save against them.

As for Ember, you pretty much require Feuer Frei by Rammstein.

Also, I wish we could name sentinels. I'd name my Wyrm Butter Back and my Shade Sir Fluffypaw. They need a text warning too to say "Sir Fluffypaw died!" Or "Butter Back killed someone!".

I am so pumped for the deathmatch on the next update.

[up][up]Nyx blueprints drop from Phorid, the boss of Eris. Naeglar mission specifically.

In other news, the Stalker has begun targeting me for crimes I haven't committed yet. Last night he dropped into a solo defense match, declaring he would bring justice on me for what I did to Kril, the boss of Ceres.

I just unlocked Ceres today.

There's a clan tab in your contacts list. Click on that and you should see the invite.

Energy Siphon is a must on Ember. If you spam powers, you need to recharge them, and over-time recharge out of thin air is very helpful.

I am so pumped for the deathmatch on the next update.

I thought there would only be PVP duels next patch? That's what you meant?

Also, sended both invite to Set and Midget. I actually needed to scroll down the clan list to see everyone. I was shocked.

Speaking of shock, my Volt frame is finally finished, wheeeeeeeeeeee.

I really think that certain frames will be broken as hell with the Dojo duels, but I think that might make it even better—it allows the devs to focus on PvE QA right now, but allow for something silly and stupid to go on too, in this case Loki running circles around a Rhino it can't kill while the Rhino decides to wait out the spastic bastard.

Though, I mean...

No shields.

Glaives only.

Tron mode.

Rhino would be the most OP frame ever. He got like 3 CC and make himself invulnerable, without mentioning his terrifying base defenses that he can ALSO enhance.

Scary stuff.

Let us not even talk about the frames that have been potato'd

[up][up] Also, invite sent.

Presumably a Loki could win a battle of attrition just by having a larger Power pool and running/ducking behind cover(assuming the Dojo has any) until the Rhino's out of juice to use his invuln thingy, then go in for a kill. The problem is making sure you survive that long!

There's no such thing as OP. There's only matchups with absurdly massive skill caps.

I'm thinking of putting together a weapon set for each of the three factions. This way I can change my loadout based on what I want to fight rather than having one set for everything. And I can stick with one or two elemental mods on the weapons rather than having to put in a whole bunch.

What do you guys think would work best? I'm thinking Hek for the Infested, maybe with one of the rapidfire pistols, and a heavy weapon — Amphis, maybe? Grineer I'm thinking Boltor (it has innate armor piercing, doesn't it?), the Bronco for a sidearm, and the Dual Ether. Corpus is Latron (or maybe Snipetron), and I'm undecided on sidearm or melee weapon.

QuestionMarc Since: Oct, 2011 Relationship Status: Having tea with Cthulhu
#198: May 14th 2013 at 4:46:44 AM

I dunno, I would use Amphis against corpus for the electrical damage. As for the sidearm, bolto can pierce their helmet and deal a decent DPS up close, which you may need if you use Latron.

Also, I'm trying the Grakata and I'm less than impressed so far. I'll try with Serration, because otherwise I have 0 damage per bullet, or rather 1 per bullet. 13 if I land both a headshot and a critical.

Derp, you're right, I don't know why I was thinking Amphis for the Infested. Hmmmm...
