Just a Face and a Caption: Animal Wrongs Group

This is just really bad.

I'm thinking a good image would just be someone freeing an animal and immediately getting bitten. Can't find one off-hand, but there's got to be some out there...

A bit more outside the box, a picture of some of the Zombie Advocates from Dead Rising 2 might work, especially if there's a screenshot of them being attacked by zombies while holding up pro-Zombie signs.

Hrm. They honestly look more like a Gang of Hats than anything else... maybe a screencap of one of them in a cage being turned into a monkey? Is he still wearing the shirt with a logo?

Well, this might not be permitted, since a certain Real Life organization is behind this, but what about something like this◊? It's definitely extremist enough. The proposed images just don't do it for me, honestly.

Yeah my two suggestions were from GIS. 5 is so far the best one. Before anyone complains about the quality of the screenshot, that's how it's suppose to be.

How about something like this◊? If that doesn't drive the point home, how about the baby version◊ or the pacifier◊?

I don't see what's so great about the proposed image. It looks like a peaceful sit-in (you can't even read the signs) or a bunch of people being held hostage by weird looking aliens.

The t-shirt is parodying the concept in addition to telling rather than showing. I'd much prefer a straight example.

As far as that being a parody, I'm going to go with Poe's Law. You have a T-shirt claiming to kill people for being mean to animals, versus an image showing people with funny masks killing what presumably is other people, reason unknown.

People who actually would kill you for harming an animal don't advertise the fact on t-shirts. It's at best hyperbole, at worst parody, in neither case an actual example.

I think just a picture of a T-shirt is a terrible page image.

T-shirt is 90% text and very weak on group.

I knew when I posted it that the T-shirt wasn't a great choice, but the proposed images are, to be quite frank, terrible. People unfamiliar with that series aren't going to know what's going on in those pictures. I certainly don't.

I did find this◊, but unfortunately it also relies on text. I guess I'm out of ideas.

I think it's quite clear what going on in the pic I suggested.

They are on a boat, there is red stuff on the deck, people dressed like fishermen sits on the deck wearing signs(one even says "SEARAT DON'T KILL"), people with masks matching the flag stands there holding weapons.

I can barely make out the signs and that red stuff looks more like rust to me. Again, it just looks like a sit-in or hostage situation. Maybe if the sign was clearer...

Sigh, too bad Real Life examples are banned, because there are plenty of possibilities there.

It really isn't. The signs are illegible, and the picture is busy enough that details like the gun and the red floor don't leap out. The signs make it clear that the seated people are engaged in some sort of protest, but that's about it.

2.2 would be good if only their shirts weren't obscured by the guns. The logo reads as very obviously an environmentalist symbol to me.
