Needs Help: The Vamp

The current pic on The Vamp is an old painting titled "Lamia and the Soldier". It works, but I'm not sure that it's clear enough. At the very least, it needs to be replaced with a better-quality version. Thoughts?

Even if the quality were good, it is very weak.

I'd be happy to hear suggestions, but in the meantime Keep Until Better Image Suggested.

Current is weak, but Keep Until Better Image Suggested for me. Fruit Basket lacks the "evil" aspect and "Horror" looks more like a zombie to me.

Yea, that's why I got nothing. Although I thought horror was a vampire...

Zombies are usually depicted as rotting corpses, seems like a stretch. Fangs and blood drips says vampire to me.

I'm not in a capacity to do a DVD rip right now, but there's a scene from Firefly that might fight: In "Trash", around the 20 minute mark, Yo Saff Bridge (who is correctly listed as an example on the page) forces Mal to strip at gunpoint. It's not perfect, but it might work.

Not seeing better Image in any of the replacement suggestions. A Vamp isn't crazy or violent or horrifying. She's aggressively, manipulatively sexy. There's not only no need for her to be holding a weapon, it's misleading for her to be holding a knife or a gun. She doesn't need to force someone to strip at gunpoint or threaten them with a knife.

Yes, she's major sexy. "What separates the Femme Fatale from The Vamp is that the Femme Fatale uses femininity and sensuality instead of upfront sexual advances." They both come from classic silent films, and the Femme Fatale picture looks like it's from a silent film or done in the same style. Can we find a picture of a seductress who looks like she's in a silent film?
