• Alias: Blue Wolf
• Age: 10
• Appearance: In his normal form he is a small boy, of South American origin around 5'2 with blue eyes and scruffy hair, in his werewolf form however, he stands around 7'4 and is a typical werewolf except that he is colored blue.
• Character Alignment: Neutral Good
• Occupation: Street Beggar
• Personality: Naive and fearful (when in the form of Utina). Intelligent, protective and utterly ruthless (when he is in the form of Blue Wolf)
• Powers/Abilities/Weapons: None as Utina. Typical werewolf powers as Blue Wolf e.g. incredible strength, heightened sense of smell and so on. Unlike most werewolf's however, he can be killed by conventional means.
• Background: Utina was originally a member of South American tribe whose talisman was that of a Blue Wolf that would protect the tribe against dangers via a magically imbued blue pendent that was passed down to the head of the tribe each generation which would allow them to turn into the Blue Wolf, a separate entity who also served as the tribes God. Eventually, the tribe was attacked by loggers and Utina was the only survivor. He fled with the blue pendent through the rainforest although eventually he ran into the loggers who planned to finish the job. The Blue Wolf took over and managed to destroy the loggers. Realizing that for the first time that he possessed a small boy and not the elder of the tribe, the Blue Wolf made the choice to protect the boy by all means necessary. Utina eventually made his way to Radio City where he lives on the street as a beggar constantly watched over by Blue Wolf.

• Appearance: He resembles Christian Bale in facial and body structure except that he is slightly taller at 6'4. He is clean shaven, has Red eyes and generally wears a Grey suit. He covers his eyes with a pair of sunglasses.
• Character Alignment: Neutral Evil
• Occupation: Undertaker
• Personality: Rude, Quite, Angry, Evil.
• Powers/Abilities/Weapons: After eating a person's flesh he reaches superhuman levels of strength and durability for around six hours. However, he needs to eat flesh at least once every five days in order to survive.
• Background: Stephen started life as the son of a wealthy businessman who gave him everything he wanted as a child. However, his father died at a young age leaving Stephen with an absolute fear of death. As such, he spent his father's wealth seeking the key to immortality. Eventually he made his way to Alaska where a Shaman showed him that eating flesh decorated with the symbol of the dead (which was taught to Stephen by the shaman) could enable a person to become immortal and to briefly gain superhuman powers however, it was only after he had consumed the flesh that Shaman revealed that he needed to eat on a regular basis to remain alive. Infuriated by this Stephen killed the shaman and returned to Radio City where he used his father's money to establish Sim's Funeral Home which ensures that he will have fresh supply of flesh to remain alive for a long time to come.

Personality: A perfectly sane and healthy young woman, if one ignores the fact that she has zero regard for the sanctity of human life. Tava is fairly nice and polite in ordinary situations- she's even talkative, in a morbid sort of way- but has no qualms about committing murders the moment it becomes a boon for her to do so. Tava doesn't form close bonds with people, regardless of how much they have done for her, and while she's sociable enough to hold people's good graces when they are her allies, she will kill them the moment they become a liability. Tava isn't a sadist, when she kills people she feels nothing. In fact, it could well be said that her 'job' is divorced from the rest of her personality- she really does seem to be normal, even cutely quirky- when she's not a killer.
Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Has no supernatural powers whatsoever. As an explosives expert, Tava is well prepared at all times and keeps bombs of various potencies stashed in several warehouses throughout the city, with a few choice bombs potent enough to level a city block. She has an arms dealer, but her marksmanship is average at best.
Background: Tava was raised in a loving family with a lot of attention. Her parents both died when she was young, yet her extended family kept taking care of her until she left home at 18. Tava showed brilliance in school, though she made few friends and spent most of her time engaging in 'nerd' activities online: the source of her fox ears, among other things. Her emergence in the underground was sudden and surprising, and she somehow even managed to keep up the facade of an ordinary life and job even while she was getting away with the deaths of hundreds in various illicit affairs. She lives humbly to this day, not using the wealth she's gathered for some reason.

Appearance: "Try looking up my dress now, huh?"
Character Alignment: Chaotic Good
Profession: Conservationist
Personality: A cheerful but temperate young woman, Chen takes life very lightly and often insults others accidentally due to her tendency to casually blurt out rather blunt things. While light of touch, she possesses a strong rebellious streak which manifests itself passively, as Chen is quite good at subtly sabotaging others without breaking the image of her light spirit. She's a strong empath, both towards persons and animals due to her powers.
Powers: Chen's dress is supernaturally enchanted, and it's leg can at Chen's will become a portrait of any biome on the planet. From this landscape Chen can summon animals of that biome forth- in the case of water borne animals they obviously cannot stray far- and command these animals at will. Chen's empathy allows her to commune with non-summoned animals, but she cannot control them. There's one incredibly obvious limitation: Chen can only summon animals as large as the portal of her dress will allow.
Background: Chen is a first generation immigrant, and both her parents were quite harsh on her from an early age, with a fairly archetypical 'tiger' parenting style. Chen didn't actively resist, learning early on that the best way to deal with people was with sweetness and subtlety. She learned to tell the emotions of others to better get her way, and at the onset of puberty this empathy spontaneously became supernatural. Always having loved animals, Chen received the dress from a stranger one day while visiting a zoo in Los Angeles. Chen moved from the West Coast to Radio City at age 18 in spite of her parent's wishes, thinking a superpowered girl would be more well received there. She was indeed, and she now serves the public.

About Wendigo: If he has a funeral home's worth of flesh readily available to him, why is he evil? Otherwise, I think you are improving a bit.

TCD, you are as well, but I want one thing clarified. The level of strength Blue Wolf possesses shouldn't be that high. Also, Wendigo may get strong after he eats flesh, but he is still an 84 year old man. Don't forget that.

I would like to ask how an energy being sounds.

A matrix of light and hot gasses held together by a magnetic field.

Somewhat resistant to physical attacks, though to many would disrupt their field and cause injury. A rain shower would harm them more than a bullet would.

They live near stars, so heat and light don't really phase them, though most other forms of energy would.

They do have a sense of sight and can hear, but they lack a sense of smell, taste or touch.

Able to fly because they don't really weight anything, can use energy blasts. They tend to fry sensitive electronics that gets to close to them.

Nearly constantly emitting light and slight heat, though nothing that worse than a warm summer day.

Magnets annoy them, and strong ones would seriously injure them. A person with magnetic powers would be horrific.

And they require energy instead of food or water, and some access to air to produce the gasses that compose their bodies.

They have to use what amount to thin robotic shells while on earth, because there's not enough ambient energy to keep them from dying of starvation within a few hours. Can't really use their powers while inside them.

I'm worried it probably would be to powerful though. I should probably think of something else.

It seems interesting and you seem to have thought it out thoroughly. Make up a sheet and we'll see.

@des: Maybe his current case could be a string of homicides that no one else believes are connected, so he's been shaking a few trees to find out who's behind it to no avail.

I've Skype but I never, ever, ever, ever use it.

I haven't had Skype in half a decade, but I could install it in like, two minutes, if everyone else is already jumping off of the cliff.

I believe Skype is installed on both of my machines, but it's entirely used only by my brother.

• Sex: Does not apply.
• Alias: Eventually, Vigil.
• Age: 2 months. Apparent age? Around 18 with a youthful face.
• Appearance: Pure blue eyes, shoulder length dirty blond hair cut in what is mostly a page cut. Slightly shorter than average, with a slim athletic body. They have a pretty face and completely androgynous features, their face and body. They also have some strange scar like marks on their back.
• Character Alignment: Neutral Good.
• Occupation: Helper at a Church.
• Personality: : A little reserved, naturally quiet and extremely resolute. Determined and mostly selfless. An innocent person with a strong sense of justice that will not let an evil act go by without trying to intervene.
• Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Jordan has several superhuman abilities. They are strong enough to lift a small vehicle, can move with incredible speed and agility, heal at an accelerated rate and can resist damage like someone far stronger and bulkier than themselves. Their most supernatural power however, is to decided how gravity affects their person. They can make themselves lighter or heavier, mostly used to realize incredibly leaps through the air.
• Background: Jordan is a bit of a mystery. Three months before, they were found by a priest on an empty field, unconscious and with not an item to their name. This priest took care of the unconscious person. Jordan woke up, suffering from amnesia... knowing practically nothing about their past, not even their own name. Another issue was how Jordan promptly showed themselves to be mute. Seeing how the authorities couldn't find just where Jordan came from and nobody was looking for them, the priest decided to care for the strange child on his own. While Jordan couldn't speak, they promptly found that they could write in almost any language. The priest game a name to the young amnesiac child and now has brought them back to their church in Radio city.

• Gender: Female
• Alias: Lycoris
• Age: 28
• Appearance: A woman dressed in what would be a ninja costume and red scarf, with a few details of spy suit and maid costume. She has shoulder length black hair and green eyes. She is of regular height, with an athletic physique.
• Character Alignment: True Neutral.
• Occupation: Maid Waitress at a Maid Cafe.
• Personality: Calm, collected and serious when she manages to focus on the work... though she's quite easily flustered by a certain millionaire. She has a childish side to her that surfaces once in a while.
• Abilities: She's able to perform all the amazing feats of agility ninjas in fiction have been expected to perform. Roof hopping, wall scaling, ceiling clinging, fast running, throw kunai mid-air, you name it. She can also do a little of the magic tricks of the East, like summoning paper servants, doing exorcisms and the such. The most noteworthy magical thing she owns is her red scarf, which besides having the ability to turn darker for stealth also functions as a inter dimensional storage deposit, from which she can pull all the kunai, smoke bombs, guns, magazines ect that she put there earlier. Lycoris also uses it as a shield against bullets. Her final power is the ability to run a house or mansion exceedingly well and to clean a messy room in under a minute.
• Backstory: Kidnapped at a young age during a trip to Japan courtesy of her Japanophile parents, she ended up being raised by an organization of criminals, the which using techniques both modern and ancient, took on various Assassination jobs. Still they treated her well aside from the harsh training and stopping her numerous attempts to escape. By the time she was an adult and ready to take on missions on her own they were family to her. Sophie then started to take on missions the last of which was to assassinate a certain millionaire by the name of Cassandra. The details of what happened during the two years she infiltrated her mansion, working as a maid to earn her trust are unknown. Sophie abandoned her mission and for a time dedicated herself to the usual villain fare... until she got a new opportunity to confront Cassandra Tal. The result of their fight is also unknown, but since that moment Sophie stopped all intents to murder the millionaire, instead she is evaluating whenever she wants to be a hero or continue her robbery streak.
• Possessions: Magical Scarf in which there are stored numerous kunai, a couple pistols, some daggers, seven smoke bombs, an uzi, lots of spare magazines, a little pot of healing salve, some C4, a couple vials of poison, a short sword, anti-venom, a halberd, a broom, a suit, six Lycoris flowers, an evening dress, spare costumes, a black traditional ninja garb, bandages, a picture, a copy of the Count of Montecristo, bleach, a mop, a bucket and various cleaning utensils.

• Name: Dorothy Mc Allister
• Alias: The Vampire Queen None, she hasn't decided on one yet.
• Age: She has lost count.
• Appearance: That of a pretty ten year old girl, with red eyes, log black hair and the palest skin. She wears elaborate black dresses and as such seems content to play along with the Gothic Lolita stereotype while entertaining super hero guests. While she's alone she'll prefer lighter dresses and to go around barefoot, though she'll outright kill anybody that sees her in such an undignified manner. While walking around the city she'll let her servants dress her in whatever is the current fashion for spoiled brats to go. She'll usually carry with her a parasol to protect herself from the sunlight and sunglasses in such occasions.
• Character Alignment: Neutral Evil
• Occupation: Lazing around.
• Personality: Vain, lazy, extremely proud and confident. Lately she has been bored out of her mind so she does a few random things for entertainment.
• Powers and/or weaknesses: Roughly the same as other vampires, super strength, speed, regenerative abilities, turning people, hypnotism and such. What she really uses the most are her abilities to manipulate shadows, with the which she can materialize tentacles, spikes, hell-hounds and such. She has a dramatic streak so she tends to use subtle illusions to make things seem scarier than they really are. As for weaknesses... if she's exposed to sunlight she'll be rendered as powerful as a 10 year old girl. A really weak 10 year old that doesn't go out much. Weapons that are made of silver, blessed or doused in holy water will be much more effective. Lastly while she cannot be killed if you deal her enough damage and then put a wooden stake though her heart she'll be rendered unconscious until it's taken off.
• Backstory: Not much to say, she has been an exceedingly lazy vampire for a couple of centuries, being content to stay on her own little corner of the world. However, she has recently moved to Radio City, drawn by the promises of entertainment due to the high concentration of heroes and villains stalking its streets.

• Possessions: A sizable amount of money, a mansion in the outskirts, her parasol and a small retinue of servants both human and lesser vampire minions.

• Name: Rosette Bryar
• Gender: Female
• Alias: None yet.
• Age: 16
• Appearance: Long sandy brown colored hair, amber colored eyes and a slim, slightly athletic build. She wears comfortable jeans, a pair of sneakers, a pink shirt and a white hoodie. She doesn't seem to need to carry much besides a cellphone, some money and a credit card.
• Character Alignment: True Neutral.
• Occupation: Student.
• Personality: A generally happy-go-lucky girl if a little simple minded. She has an odd sense of focus, so she tends to become keenly interested in things that caugh her attention while easily ignoring some other stuff that should be plainly obvious. While she's mostly a stray and prone to wandering she can be fiercely loyal to those who earn her trust.
• Powers: Bio-Shadows. A strange power centered around magical shadows emulating the evolution of animal life in reality. Rosette can manifest these shadows in the world around her and on her person, making different limbs and parts of animals appear within this world. For example, she could manifest the shadows on her arms, which would cause a completely black biomass to surround them and give her claws or some other biological parts she might want at the moment. Her abilities mostly consist in agmenting her body though these shadows though sometimes she does manifest her shadows outside of her body, like for example making a shadowy tentacle appear from her shadow to grab someone's ankle. However, the disadvantage of this ability is that it is slowly making her mind a bit more simple and primal. If used for extended periods of time she might lose human rationality and start acting merely on isntinct... like climbing to a high place for safety or if under great pain and stress lash out like a wild beast. However, her powers are under evolution and might expand slightly over time.
• Backstory: A girl as normal as you can expect that a couple of years ago, playing around with a dusty old magic book from her grandfather's library, summoned something she was not prepared to deal with. She got possessed by a spirit of pure shadow which has now fused with her very soul. She soon found out the abilities conveyed by this strange symbiosis and for the time being has been testing the extend of her powers, wary about how the shadow within her might affect her.

Timezones are less important than you think. It's just a really easy way to talk to a bunch of people at once, and you'll be able to see it, regardless of if you are in the same timezone.
