It was basically a halfway point between the Heavyarms Kai of the series and the Heavyarms Kai of Endless Waltz, so it's better than the Meteor-era Heavyarms somewhat but lesser than the Endless Waltz Kai. The T'ien Lung is inferior to Altron, while the Deathscythe Guilty and Sandleon are both equal-ish to their Hell/Kai originals. (Sandrock's EW Kai lacked the ranged weapons of its series Kai, though, and so does this one.) The Seraphim is arguably superior to the Wing Gundam.

EDIT: There is something weirdly cathartic about knocking off Gundams right and left, even cheap Walmart-brand knockoff ones.

Nous restons ici.Kick-ass.
Surprised they didn't blow a hole in the colony.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelAttempting to write one of the planned Zechs Interludes. Trying to figure out how he'd react to the fact his nominal girlfriend has now killed more Gundams than he has.
It keeps coming out sounding slightly petulant, which doesn't feel right.
Nous restons ici.First question - how much would he care? If he does care, it's worth remembering that he's highly self-critical, especially after his time spent in the driver's seat of the Epyon and the brainfuckery from that thing's Zero System. It's exceedingly unlikely that he'd resent Noin for it, but he may well see it as evidence of his own inadequacy.
What's precedent ever done for us?On some level, he's a tiny bit envious; his status as nemesis of all things Gundam-related is now under legitimate threat, and Zechs is not completely without ego. He's also proud, in that he's always believed Noin has the ability to be more than what she chose for herself. But what she chose for herself was to be his shadow, and it is only by stepping out of that role (being forced out, really; part of Zechs' backfiring plan to remove her from Mars and danger) that she seems to have found the greatness Zechs thought she was capable of.
I haven't even touched on his reaction to the recovery and stripping down of Epyon yet.

Nous restons ici.A question: if Kira had a Haro (and I mean a real UC/AD Haro, not the CE midgets) instead of his robobird, what color would it be?
Probably still the standard green. I mean, the robobird was green too.
What's precedent ever done for us?I was asking because I don't want to just straight-out copy someone else's Haro. The UC protagonists' Haros all being green could be excused with them being mass-produced but no two Haros in Celestial Being were alike and Athrun's Haros are custom-built as well.
In this case, Kira's Haro was built by Athrun and is the somewhat larger (AD-sized) prototype of Lacus' Haros. It would make sense for it to be white, if we go with the explanation that Athrun deliberately didn't paint it so that Kira can have it in whatever color he likes. Also, Kira would take a page out of Lockon's book by custom-modding the Freedom's cockpit with a socket for his Haronote . However, white is a bit bland - but I don't want it to be too colorful either.
Hey, maybe he could paint it in the Strike's colours?
Alternatively, early-Kira is a bit of an indecisive wet blanket, so what if he keeps his Haro white because he can't plump for a paint-scheme, and then somebody else paints it for him? Maybe the Archangel's ground-crew decide to give it his suit's colours as what may not be a terribly well-advised morale-booster for their heroic Newtype friend, or Flay decides to get extra-nasty with her emotional manipulation to keep him in the cockpit? Kira goes along with it because he doesn't want to hurt their feelings, and then when something horrible happens (because this is Gundam, of course something horrible's going to happen), he decides to keep the paint as a Tragic Keepsake.
What's precedent ever done for us?...that's actually a very good idea. I've been debating between unpainted white and pale blue but this way, I can have both.
For extra hilarity, ZAFT would find out about Kira's secret of "cheating" with the Haro while piloting from a defector. Their solution? Build Shinn a Haro for the express purpose of beating Kira's Haro. Then we could have an omake where Shinn's Haro makes a pass at one of Lacus' Haros and Kira's Haro goes all "Leave her alone! Leave her alone!" while imitating Kira's stock footage Beam Spam attack with thrown objects.
Then Shinn's Haro grabs a kitchen knife and enters SEED Mode...

Which means I can't park her in the Wing ZERO or some equally-overpowered Gundam and have her blow Riddhe Fucking Marcenas out of space.
Would you care to elaborate on this? I hate the whiny bitch too, but I'd like to hear your reasons for it.
Then Shinn's Haro grabs a kitchen knife and enters SEED Mode...
I want to see this animated SO GODDAMN BAD.
It's in relation to a fic that I tinker with occasional where the main protagonist has the ability to move freely between dimensions and time at will, and for the most part I translate "other dimensions" to "various media that I like." The specific reference here is about being really pissed at Riddhe Marcenas for killing Marida.
DOOOOOOOO IIIIIITTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
"So long as mankind exists, there will always be battles."Oh, she's going to Unicorn. But I'm going to follow my rule and not have her blow Riddhe out of space simply by dint of the fact I don't like him.
So she's going to blast him out of the sky for other reasons?

No, she's not going to get involved in the finale at all. UC is too fucked up for me to even attempt to extract some semblance of a Golden Ending out of. My rough idea at the moment is for her to show up in time to watch the fight and recover the Kshatriya's remains as the basis for her own personal Mobile Suit.
Assuming, of course, there was anything left of the Kshatriya to recover. I still haven't watched that episode and I'm not looking forward to it.
There wasn't anything identifiable left. Taking a direct, center-mass hit from a beam magnum is one thing but then the explosion compressed into a glowing orb of Newtype light or something.
Then I'll figure something out.
Random: how many Gundams would have a decent shot at taking on Godzilla?
Can be any version of Godzilla.
Anything with a beam weapon on the scale of a twin buster rifle or better.
I'm not so sure... I mean, all those nuclear tests in the Pacific in the 50's and afterward? Those weren't tests. Those were attempts to kill Godzilla. They failed. Totally. It's implied he just became even stronger from them.
GMK Godzilla can regenerate from blowing himself up with his own radioactive breath and reducing himself to just his heart, and is a zombie anyway.
Burning Godzilla, by his meltdown, could have/would have destroyed Earth completely, or at least everything living on it.
Final Wars Godzilla was basically an Invincible Hero up until he got to the True Final Boss, Keizer Ghidorah.
So maybe a non-nuclear Colony Buster-tier energy weapon could take out the tougher Godzillas, and maybe not.

Ah, thanks, guys. So, I suppose OpenOffice seems to be the way to go, then.
Actually, with regards to cloned Gundams, wasn't the Derringer Arms basically a crappier Heavyarms?
