Well, it turns out his revival in Other M is actually him being cloned by the Federation. So it's not even him anyway and he died in Super Metroid. I'm gonna edit the healing factor thing out, he just has the luck to keep having people revive him.

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Just like her sister her powers are more less controled by her emotions as she needs "happy thoughts for flight and being angry for super strength for example"
  • Superhuman strength (6 cars at most/being able to bend any metal with ease)
  • Agility' Giving her grace in combat and acrobatic moves.
  • Durability, and endurance''' She is able to withstand a lot more punishment than a normal human would. She is bulletproof to give a rule of thumb but anything at least as strong as her "starbolts" will knock her out. But I would like a GM to define the limits of her "durability"
  • Stamina: She can fight much longer than a regular human would. In game terms it means it would require her a lot of effort to be exhausted.
  • Flight :faster-than-light (only when traveling through space). Normal flight is supersonic with great effort and momentum.
  • Ability to project purple energy''' "starbolts" from hands and eyes. They are basically superheated energy blasts.
  • Immunity to radiation.
  • Resistance to extreme temperatures: her alien body makes her feel comfortable even in the most unforgiving environments
  • Accelerated healing factor Beyond that of a human she could heal in hours that would take days to humans.
  • 'Extreme sense of cultural assimilation. She is able to learn languages and cultures by kissing people.
  • social comprehension and charisma: Basically she is able to win the trust and love of others easily.
  • Personality
    • While Blackfire is basically a "teenage bad girl with superpowers" she can be best described as the opposite of her sister Starfire. While star fire is an innocent even child hero like in some aspects her sister is cunning, deceitful, immoral, manipulative, charismatic, sadistic, vain and unremorseful. She is selfish, and sees no problem in manipulating others to get what she wants. Despite being an alien she has a lot of experience on earth costumes and a lot of street smarts that her sister lacks. In the end her ultimate goal is to get more power and benefit herself.

Although everything seems fine, I'm gonna ask you to do something that I really think you should do on your sheets from now on, Legend: for every power, write a line or two describing it. It sounds unnecessary for things like super strength, but it's really, really helpful for pretty much everything. Can you do that? (in case of self-explanatory powers, add examples)

Okay so this will probably be a dumb idea, but Rome wasn't built with wit! Don't quote me on that.

  • Name: The Batter
  • Universe: OFF
  • Appearance: For lack of good in-game art.
  • Powers: One word; Competences. This are essentially the powers that Mr. Batter can do, and they come in a few flavors. Saves which can heal varying degrees of damage, Homeruns which can allow him to hit harder, and Runs which are attacks consisting of the four elements. See here.
  • Personality: The Batter is a man on the mission, and that mission is to purify the Zones. He is a no-nonsense, blunt, and soft-spoken individual. He sometimes has a one track mind, and tends to focus on one big thing instead of a few smaller things unless they affect him or his mission directly. He does not let anything stand between him and his holy mission.
  • Mooks: Not sure if this counts, but he has with him three familiars. Big rings of light called Add-Ons: Alpha, focused on single target damage, Omega, more of an ailment rectifier than a fighter, and Epsilon, based on support for The Batter and crowd control.

First of all, I'm reading the game's synopsis, and he doesn't seem like the bad guy.

And if his attack is 'hits hard', I'm sorry, but... well, that's not enough for the RP. 'Hits very hard' is a common power for most Overlords.

Oh, by the way, Blackfire is accepted.

It's...complicated.

And yeah, thinking it over he doesn't seem to have enough substance to be used properly in an RP. I think I'll withdrawal.

Perhaps you can try a series with a more clearly defined villain with a decent power set...like Bowser or Liquid Snake...those are just video game examples, but the point is that you could do a more thorough search.

I dunno. I just can't think of an actual villain that I liked enough. Most of the games I play currently don't even have villains, per se, just enemies.

Nega-Scott? He's not really such a bad guy (when you get to know him) but he is a villain and evil. He is somewhat weak compared to other Overlords whem they started out but he ought to do. Super Strength, Energy Beams, good stuff to start.

Again, not sure. He's only around for a little bit in both the comic and the movie, and he has no lines in either. I mean I didn't even know what he was for the first two times I've seen him.

  • Name: Kouen Ren
  • Universe: Magi
  • Appearance: "For world peace."
  • Powers: Ren is a certified genius and scholar as well as warlord and general. He is very charismatic, to the point that monsters who reside in Dungeons became a part of his army after he bested them in combat. He is a master swordsman, consumate historian, and respected leader of his men. Besides these natural skills, he has in possession three Djinn King Vessels, artifacts of great power due to the powerful powerful entities living within them. They are Astaroth, Agares, and Phenex. He can imbue his artifacts with his natural life energy (Magoi) to activate their powerful effects in either Weapon Equip or Djinn Equip. In full Djinn Equip, Ren is granted several characteristics of the Djinn such as the power to fly and boost all base stats impressively. Finally, all Djinn Metal Vessels have the ability to create "Household Members", accessories that grants a share of their power to a subordinate that has sworn fealty to the master of the Djinn who spawned it.
    • Astaroth, The Djinn of Fire, Terror and Meditation: By utilizing Agares' powers, Ren has access to the First Magic Type, Fire. By imbuing his sword with Astaroth's magic, a superheated blade is created with the ability to easily slice through stone and iron. In full Djinn Equip form, Ren gains a semi-scaly appearance reminiscent of a Gorgon and has enough power to burn an entire army with his holy fire. Astaroth's Extreme Magic (Astor Inqerad), summons a giant white dragon of such intense heat that all who are consumed are immediately turned into ash. It also has the additional ability of fire that burns until the inherent Magoi runs out, weathering things that would snuff out regular flames. It can suction nearby heat sources to replenish the user's Magoi, (fire, lava, lasers) though this method hurts Ren when used too often.
    • Agares, Djinn of Strength: A Djinn that resides in Ren's spaulder and gives him control over the earth itself. In Djinn Equip form, Ren takes on the form of a child adorned with tattoos attached with a giant demonic arm. He can manipulate the earth to create fissures, shape it into sharp weapons to impale the enemy's feet, or even remove enough of it in a cylindrical form to gain access to lava underground.
    • Phenex, Djinn of Life: A Djinn that resides in the tassel attached to Ren's sword. It is a Djinn primarily used for healing and little else, though it is capable enough of quickly restoring large amounts of flesh that has been burn to the bone.
  • Personality: A calm and serious person with the ambitious goal of ending any and all wars in the world by unifying every country into a single cohesive territory ruled by the Kou Empire. To this end, he pretty much headed a campaign that attacked all nearby neighbors to drag into the rapidly expanding nation and turned Kou into a major world player. He also has an incurable slake for knowledge, especially history, and was even intelligent enough to predict that there were other planets filled with life out there. When he meets something that piques his interest, he will become bold and excited with great fervor.

Just one thing: the Djinn Equip powers are very powerful, I presume they are Kouen's 'full bar' powers? As in, those powers that he can do once but then has to recharge his energy fully before doing them again? Same goes for Extreme Magic, how can it be accessed? I want to know Kouen's limitations, which are kinda important.

Also, how does switching between each Djinn works? If he loses his tassel, does he loses the Djinn?

@Troy: Good to be back. ^__^

Djinn Equip is pretty much the full power he can access and Extreme Magic is an all or nothing attack that uses up the remaining energies, yeah. To access Extreme Magic, Ren has to inscribe a giant magic circle by saying a chant and donating enough Magoi to revert back to normal.

And to switch between Djinn Equips, he has to revert once more to normal before letting a different Djinn possess him. Just doing this though consumes more Magoi than just sticking to one Djinn. And if he loses the the equipment that a Djinn resides in, he has to "get used to" another piece. It has to be metal and he has to become familiar with it to the point of it becoming second skin to him before the Djinn under his command resides in the Metal Vessel again.

  • Name: Hank Scorpio
  • Universe: The Simpsons
  • Appearance: I don't expect anything from you, except to die and be a very cheap funeral.
  • Personality: Hank is a parody of the more famous members of James Bond's rogues' gallery, being a sadistic evil genius who delights in death and destruction, possessing several nuclear weapons and doomsday devices as you'd expect. However, where Scorpio differs is his incredibly energetic personality, hospitality and warmth. Scorpio operates the town of Cypress Creek, where every citizen works for him. Scorpio gifts his workers with high wages and gifts on a regular basis, being an incredibly great boss to those who work with him. Those against him, however, are a completely different story...his theme song does a very good job of conveying his personality.
  • Abilities/Equipment: Badass Normal. The Bond villains Hank is inspired by are missing them, therefore, Hank is lacking in any sort of powers. To make up for this, Hank will consistently have his flamethrower strapped to his back, allowing him a quick combat tool in all situations. He is also capable of building more primitive devices such as hand grenades with little time, and was able design his own intricate Volcano Lair, loaded with doomsday devices.
  • Mooks: N/A. No important mooks.

Sorry, but like you yourself said, Hank Scorpio is a parody character. It's not that we don't accept villains who have a slightly comedic nature, it's just that we at least demand them to come from universes with a degree of seriousness to at least fit thematically within Eclipse, and The Simpsons just does not have that.

Not only that, but the moment he appeared, he would have been blown to bits by the other villains who would most likely consider him useless and undeserving of their attention (a flamethrower would only hurt one or two of the entire cast of Eclipse and even then those two have the power to just obliterate Scorpio). This isn't the first time we've had Simpsons villains appearing on the Eclipse sign-up... but the other time that happened was in April Fools.

  • Name: Kal Torak, Dragon-God of the Angaraks.
  • Universe: The Belgariad.
  • Appearance: [1]. Originally the most beautiful of all the gods, he now suffers horrific burns all across the left side of his body. His left hand is a burned and useless stump, and his left eye socket is filled with agonizing blue fire at all times. He wears a steel mask to cover the burned half of his face, which his magic allows to move along with the rest of his face.
  • Personality: Wise, calm, dignified and charming... or so he would like to be, and puts up a halfway decent pretense of being. In truth he is insane, cruel, vengeful, obsessive, paranoid and selfish. He is arrogant and egotistical while simultaneously being desperately insecure, with a childish need for love and attention from others. He is also incredibly vain and pathologically obsessed with his own appearance, with the shame of his gruesome burns making him even more unhinged than he was to start with (the constant pain didn’t help with that either.)
  • Abilities: Torak is a Physical God with immensely powerful magic, although he lacks any sense of subtlety and relies upon brute force with his spells. His body is extremely resistant to physical and magical damage, although his burned half is more vulnerable. He possesses superhuman strength, speed and agility, and is a highly skilled swordsman, although all of these abilities are hindered by his maimed body. He is a powerful psychic with the power to manipulate minds and force the weak minded to comply with his will. He possesses Cthrek Goru, a powerful magic sword which allows the wielder to control shadows.
  • Mooks: His priesthood of powerful sorcerers, and assorted spirits and demons.
