Yes, that's right. Asura killed the supreme being of his universe despite the latter being at his strongest state and the former being at his technically weakest state.

Raiden is probably in the wrong power level for her. Someone like DMC's Vergil would probably be a better match-up for her.

So Asura takes multiple millennia to revive. But after some practice he can shorten it to the length of an entire job shift.

Kratos takes minutes to revive at the longest. Shoot, in the second game when he "died" he was in the middle of being dragged down into Hades, decided he didn't like that, and climbed right back out. Yeah that's right, Kratos can cancel his own death.

Also Chakravartin is a welp. His final form basically has him LOLNOPE-ing Asura when the latter was at his absolute max...only for this "Creator God" to then get beaten down like a punk by half crippled Asura. That's like saying Superman is supposed to be impressive because he can beat SS 4 Goku yet somehow lose quite handily to Base level Goku.

Even so Asura takes the match easy. Kratos' feats are more impressive and consistent (relatively speaking), sure. But Asura is still way, way, way above his weight class.

Practice, nothing. The guy wasn't even doing it on purpose; he was just so full of Unstoppable Rage that he can break through the barrier between the afterlife and the living world, and it's sort of implied that every time he dies, his rage is increased by a whole new order of magnitude just from the frustration of failing to kill the enemy who killed him/having his quest for both personal vengeance and saving his imprisoned daughter be interrupted, thus explaining why returns faster and faster. And all it took was four times to reduce it to within a few hours.

I chalk that up to Chakravartin unwittingly driving Asura to even greater heights of rage with his depowering of the Destructor.

It depends on how stacked are the odds between them, after accounting for each party's strengths and weaknesses.

Asura just entered something that someone calls his Neo-Ultimate state, basically where his rage becomes so ungodly high that he transcends his Destructor form.

Also, Asura would still lose to the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Madoka vs Sailor Moon would only work if the latter was either Neo Queen Serenity, or maybe Sailor Cosmos.

Even then, I'm not sure if either are physical gods like Madoka became.

Hell, Madoka technically isn't even physical. She's an abstract concept.

There's also the fact that we still don't really know exactly what Sailor Cosmos is. It's never elaborated if she's future Usagi or not.

She didn't kill them. she retconned them out of existence by warping to the point of their creation and preventing it. (And that technically isn't even her doing so much as the terms of her wish taking place, so it's a very specific instance not a feat she could replicate on her own)

The only witch she really kills is her own witch self.

Nah, her wish is "I wish I had the power to erase witches before they are born. Every single witch from past, present and future." hence she doesn't kill them, she prevents them from happening - letting the Magical Girls who become them pass on peacefully.
