Rewrite or fix examples: Hot Chick With A Sword

I agree that a barbarian swordswoman is a trope. You have Red Sonja, as mentioned. Then there's Tyris Flare from Golden Axe (please, please re-release III on Steam!), and there must be more. That's all I can think of off the top of my head, though.

Yup, absolutely. My example-finding brain is not working well right now, and I couldn't figure out what to search on Google or Wikipedia to find similar characters.

I think we were going to check a sample of the inbounds to get an idea of what definition this trope name is usually being used for off-site, as well as possible redefinition along the lines of "barbarian (swords)woman" as depicted in fiction — which, AFAIK, is essentially "supermodel looks, occasionally has Amazonian Beauty-grade muscles, often a Statuesque Stunner, dresses like a Nubile Savage, and pretty much very assertive in personality, if not outright mannish".

I think that if you say off-site, you want a sample of inbounds.

Let's just make a redirect to Heroes Prefer Swords or Action Girl, the way we do to the extraneous "{{badass}" pages. As said, we've been at it seven pages and determined there isn't any meaningful topic here that isn't defined by older, better written pages already.

Again, the crowner's top choice isn't an option - the trope is already listed as a subtrope of Action Girl. So let's go with the next choice and make this a redirect.

Need more votes. This just isn't a real subtrope.

But the Ms Fanservice Frazetta-style Xena/Red Sonja swordswoman is. It's a whole lot more work, and requires cutting lots of examples, but we may have to go with that if no-one can agree on anything else.

That's so vastly different from what we have now that we might as well start from scratch. I'm not saying we can't do that, just that it isn't this trope. Even if it was, it'd need a new name, so it's still easier to just redirect this trope to where it really ought to be going.

Redirected. Wicks need cleaning still. I did the A section or about 10% in total. Most of the work seems to be deletion as it's almost always redundant.
