Sentinel, on the other hand, has many things to respond to. In fact, she may have a way of giving the Golden Being what he wants, as well as providing some measure help to both Sinistra and the few scattered and dispersed psychic shadows that remain from the manor's former victims... maybe.

On the other hand, she is not exactly happy with the Golden Being simply walking away with what he wants without first learning a lesson in manners, and will feel insulted by Cealagh's offer, so... drama incoming?

EDIT: and there is also the matter that in my verse, deep revelations can alter someone's very essense... which can have some very impressive and unsafe results if that someone is a Cosmic Keystone.

EDIT 2: And @Ladytanuki, I must say I really like how Sinistra had the idea of calling the Glade.

Alright, I'm gonna wait for KillerClowns' Gabe post before my next one with Moreena, but then I'll have a lot of things to respond to.

@ Millership: Was Ceallagh's apocalyptic vision caused by something that might affect other characters as well (I think I have a vague memory of something like that) or unique to her?

Edit: On second thought, I might have confused that with how the vision that the Golden Being just gave to the Sentinel had the possibility to spread to other people.

I think it was caused by a mistake. I mentioned when Kkutwar sent part of his post as a PM that the vision the golden being sent to Sentinel could cause a domino effect and make everyone have visions of the end of everything they know as the universe collapsed into a single insignificant moment (something that may not happen in my post anymore, since the vision was different from what I expected.)

Well, regarding the vision, there's just too much I could of described and you're meant to envision it as Sentinel directly witnessing things as if she is Golden Being (the steampunk man is an Early-Bird Cameo for one of my Space Express characters). That, and I'm extremely unfamiliar with the style I used, so I wasn't sure how to make it both narrative & from Golden's perspective.

Overall, the idea is that Sentinel was forced to try perceiving purest nothing, and is suddenly assaulted with the abrupt birth of all universes & countless people and things already moving about as if they already existed.

Nergui already was heading towards the Manor, so I just took that post as an opportunity to explore Ceallagh's character a little, since she is powerful enough a target to be hit with such visions.

I found it too, after a lot of searching. I was just a bit confused at first, since the original vision hadn't happened yet.

Oh man, I got ahead of time a little... Focus, Millership!

Should I move Ceallagh's vision forward, in the new post, to preserve the continuity? Alternatively, it could be Hand Waved that before her appearance, Ceallagh waited long enough to witness the vision. There are many things going on there simultaneously, after all.

We tend to have a pretty relaxed attitude towards the exact order of events in these threads, so it's not that big of a deal either way. And you could always handwave the vision as just a part of the Dream.

@Eterna: Thanks! Basically I figured if Gabe and Sentinel could bring dimensions into being, so could Sinistrina - especially since Misery Manor is already there.

And as I believe I said to Kkutwar in a PM, I'm fine either way if the Golden Being follows through on the deal or bails on it - already thought of what would happen in either case, though Sinistrina would obviously not be happy about the latter.

@Millership: Whoops, I did forget. I just edited in her reaction to Ceallagh as well as to Nergui entering the manor - even though my post is already really long.

I was a tad concerned that my last post might be a bit hard to respond to - but I feel like the time was about right for Mazra to say something like that.

Thanks everyone for their condolences, their empathy and comprehension... I'm still really sad about what happened, but I also feel at peace now with it.

I'm going to miss this particular person a whole lot, since they really meant a lot for me... Still, life goes on...

Nonetheless, I'm still going to need some time before getting back to writing... not really in the mood for it right now, given the circumstances.

That's completely understandable. I've personally not been up to writing due to far less traumatic events. Take all the time you need.

Huh, Magdalene just triggered a Fridge Logic moment for me. She bears many similarities to the Empress of the Senjima Empire. Weird. Only took me several days to notice that.

It has come to my attention that we have been slacking in updating our character locations in Frontier. If you all don't mind, please take some time out to update the list. Also, Ladytanuki, we are apparently missing a few of your character listings, as I cannot locate Amanda on the page.

Right, so what's the current status of "Space Express"? Are we settled on going with ladytanuki's description from earlier?

Lady T's description sounds pretty good. I'm thinking that the areas on the MS Queen Elizabeth that are private ocean-view balconies and other "open" decks could be enclosed and have large holographic screens on the "rail side" that can show whatever scenes people want (or are previously programmed to show in the case of the public areas)

All we'd need to do is come up with a list in the description page naming the area on the Real Life MS Queen Elizabeth and what its new function is if it differs - obviously leaving a number of the areas untouched - some of the bars etc.

Have moved the last of my characters and also Vicky on the Frontier page.

I can certainly add Amanda to the character list... at first I wasn't going to since it's so late in the thread, but suppose it couldn't hurt. Gives me an excuse to post a sketch I did of her a few years ago anyway. For my other characters that are listed... do you mean Gon, Ari, and Merlin? I guess I could add them too, in which case all eight of the psychic college students would be listed - with those three, I was just planning to have them attend Zuri's impromptu funeral after everyone arrives in town, but there's always a chance they could do other things as well. (And Merlin will be in Space Express, so might as well hype him up a bit.)

EDIT: Aaaaand done. So this officially ups my character count there to nine (the eight students plus Nemaforte). Huh, and I just realized when I described Amanda as "the youngest of the psychic college students" at how large an age range they have for students of a college course. Amanda is 16, Vicky and Ari are 18, Zuri and Gon are 20, Yamiko is 23, Merlin is 26, and Lupin is the oldest at 28.
