From the Mean Character, Nice Actor page:
- Dr. Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog isn't exactly Crossing the Line Twice, but one of his voice actors, Mike Pollock, seems to enjoy doing interviews and discussing the character and voice acting as a career. Most of the other voice actors in the series don't seem to take such an interest.
- For good reason - Mike Pollock is the only actor that was accepted by the majority of the fanbase when the old cast was replaced. When he and Jason Griffith did an audio chat with fans, Jason received quite the bit of abuse (and still does) for not being Ryan Drummond.
- Twice over now, since the entire cast was recently replaced. Everyone EXCEPT Pollock.
- That might have to do with the fact that Deem Bristow, Eggman's previous VA, is dead, which is the reason Pollock replaced him in the first place. Even if the fanbase didn't like Pollock, they aren't getting Bristow back.
- Also, Pollock supposedly said "snooping as usual I see" for a fan. It wasn't exactly pronounced the way fans of the meme were hoping, though.

- Command And Conquer's Big Bad, Kane, the ruthless leader of an ancient society turned antagonist army is willing to kill thousands and sacrifice the world to tiberium infestation to achieve his goals. He's played by Joe Kucan, who seems like a pretty nice guy, laughing at
his fluffed lines, larking about in interviews and making up stories about how he got the role (he won it on a scratchcard, or through a pan-American election, narrowly beating Pauly Shore and John Malkovich.)

- In Mass Effect 2 the Illusive Man, the head of the pro-human terrorist organization Cerberus, is voiced by respected actor Martin Sheen who has a reputation for being an incredibly nice guy and political activist.
- Jennifer Hale has a mean character and it's Anti-Hero mercenary Silver Sable for Ultimate Spider-Man and Spider Man Shattered Dimensions as she takes potshots on the titular hero. Good thing she's not mean in Spider-Man Friend Or Foe.
- Barry Pepper appears in Prototype as the voice of Villain Protagonist Alex Mercer. He also voiced the real Alex Mercer, the person responsible for creating and unleashing the Blacklight virus.
- Nolan North would be playing Deadpool as a villain in Spider Man Shattered Dimensions.
- In Silent Hill 3, Clifford Rippel is the voice of Smug Snake Vincent.
- Jason Cottle can be this in inFamous if choosing to play Cole as evil.
- Same thing for Eric Ladin in the sequel.
- Mike Powers is really nice, but Lt. Carter Blake is really mean.

As for actually contributing to the discussion, I don't think there are many more examples. Video game actors are generally not well-known, so it's hard to know what their personalities are like.
Well, does Hale have other mean characters to play besides Sable?

Bastila's kind of a bitch and can end up evil, so there's that.
I guess Samus can be mean if you're on the wrong end of her gun, but Hale only really did grunts and stuff for that role.

Honestly, it's prolly best to assume that all voice actors are nice, ecspecially compared to the villans they play.
But it's always nice hear what voice actors are like in real life.

Yeah, I would assume that most actors are going to be nice, and if they weren't I would probably have heard of them (as being a notable jerk or something). Thus, nearly all mean characters will have nice actors.

@2nd POST: Actually, J. Griff said Sonic has been his favorite voice role, he was just fed up with rude fans. Given the consensus that he got better at voicing Sonic in Unleashed/World Adventure, he makes the 4th VA/seiyuu to have stated that they like voicing Sonic and have been good at it (though YMMV) counting Drummond, White and Kanemaru.
As for staying on topic, Mike Shapiro, the voice of the Gman from Half Life. Granted, it's unknown which faction he sides with, but he certainly does come across as a selfish jerk (the Gman, that is).

Hale also voiced the Stepford Cuckoos, mean characters from X-Men Legends: Rise of Apocalypse.
