Rael, also known as Saruei, is a French independent VTuber.
She was created out of an artificial embryo and raised in a brutal and heartless environment with no concept of family or friendship. The totalitarian regime and mega-corporations that run the world predetermined the course of its citizens' lives, analyzing them as embryos and assigning them different roles when they grow up; Saruei, in her case, was assigned the role of a soldier. She eventually rose to the rank of a bounty hunter, being tasked to take down any dissidents or threats to the regime. She was also augmented with robotic limbs and a neurochip that imbues accelerated learning and the ability to speak any language.
One day, there was a group that came to be so dangerous it threatened the regime's existence, so the government created a time machine in the hopes of eliminating the group in its nascent stages. It sent its bounty hunters into the time machine one by one, with Saruei being the first. In her case, she was not only sent to the past but also to our world; her neurochip also malfunctioned in the process, leaving her only with the ability to speak in French and English. Realizing that she has no means of getting back to her world and coming to terms with it, she took the time to explore ours, adjusting to the freedom our people have. She even discovered a strong love for hentai and video games, as in her world, sexualization of all forms had been outlawed. Now, she has taken up a career as a streamer, drawing and playing games in the hope of establishing a new life for herself.

- Foreign-Language Tirade: Despite mostly using English, in intense situations, she often reverts to French.
- The Gunslinger: Her stream opening screen shows that her signature weapon during her work as a hunter is a rifle.
- Insistent Terminology: Saruei is adamant that she is not French but rather from another timeline. This confusion stems from her speaking French and English, the latter with a very strong French accent, which she attributes to her malfunctioning microchip. The neurochip used to allow her to speak any language, but now it only has her ability to speak these two languages intact. This also implies that in her world, France has ceased to exist.
- Lady Swears-a-Lot: Her speech is loaded with profanities, among other things. Even when she isn't outright angry, she's still cursing aplenty.
- Lovable Sex Maniac: In no small part because she discovered hentai after coming from a world where sexualization is outlawed, Saruei has become this. In addition to drawing hentai, she once dedicated a stream to making a hentai tag tier list, is not above invoking The Immodest Orgasm when a viewer tells her about family nearby, and is a self-proclaimed degenerate.
- No Indoor Voice: At her loudest, Saruei can actually screech. It's not the best idea to listen to her with full speakers, as she can shout anytime.
- No Sex Allowed: Her world prohibited sexualization of all kinds.
- Not Used to Freedom: Saruei was originally from a world where an oppressive government determined every move for its citizens. She notes that our world is much different from hers in that it offers a lot of freedom, pointing out the lack of drones watching its citizens or checkpoints at every block.
- Omniglot: Justified in that she has a neurochip implanted, allowing her to speak in any language. This is no longer the case when Saruei was transported to our world, as her neurochip started malfunctioning and left her with fragmented knowledge of all the different languages. Her ability to speak French and English, the latter with a very thick French accent, is still intact.
- The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: Justified in her case. Though she is a bounty hunter, she is trapped in a world where such a career is largely unnecessary. As a result, she moonlights as an artist and a streamer.

- Super-Soldier: Upon earning the rank of bounty hunter, she was given some cybernetic augmentations to further her combat abilities and a neurochip that gives her accelerated learning and the ability to understand multiple languages.
- Trapped In An Other World: After a mission going wrong, she ended up in our world.
- Tsundere: She may come off as cold because she always speaks her mind, but she ultimately cares for her fans and wants them to be the best versions of themselves. Though, she prefers to be called a "fuckudere".
