Identity of the Mastermind
- Kirumi: She was acting slightly out of character before she was killed. There's a chance Tsumugi was disguised as her, because of their similar heights, and slightly unfamiliar with how she acted.
- Miu: She's extremely close in height to Tsumugi, allowing her to convincingly disguise as her. On top of attempting to start the killing game by murdering Kokichi.
- Tsumugi: The author could be attempting to do an untwist and have the student missing from the group be the mastermind.
- Rantaro himself. The reason he has forgotten his own talent is because he erased his memory more thoroughly, so that he could better fill himself with despair.
- Korekiyo, I find it kind of weird that Korekiyo wasn't exorcised by Monokuma in his execution. Almost like that wasn't him being executed to begin with.
- All Jossed. The Mastermind is Kaito.
Surviving Students
- Rantaro: Obviously, since he's the protagonist.
- Kaede: Since every AU based around Killing Harmony has her survive to end, along with the Ship Tease she's getting with Rantaro.
- Both are confirmed.
This Universe's Ultra Despair Girls
- One of Rantaro's sisters takes Komaru's role.
- Toko/Genocide Jack's role could possibly be fullfilled by Miu, due to her inventions giving her the ability to fight against the army of Monokuma robots.
