• Luffy being a Big Eater will be portrayed similarly to Kirby, Vacuum Mouth and all.
• Chopper will have a Helium Speech voice.
• Sanji will have a voice similar to his 4Kids version.
• The characters will constantly switch between calling Zoro by his real name and calling him "Zolo".
• There will be a running joke about Paramecia Devil Fruit users' powers working on their nether regions, something like "yes my power also extends to that". ^note Most notably Luffy, Buggy, and Gladius
• East Blue Saga:
  • Luffy will say "Hope I never see her again" after beating Alvida
