''Shaggy X Matt''
is a Friday Night Funkin' mod created by srPerez and Sulyare, the creators of the VS Shaggy and Wii Funkin mods respectively. This mod has Matt team up with Shaggy so that he can defeat Boyfriend once and for all.Song List:

Tropes:
- Adaptational Badass: In canon, Boyfriend is a normal human teenager, albeit one with an impeccable singing ability. Here, Shaggy explains at length how Boyfriend can outright manipulate time to reverse his death (i.e. you restarting a song when you inevitably lose), and, from Shaggy's and Matt's perspective (and by extension everyone else's), there is no timeline that continues after Boyfriend's death. The last part kicks into
Fridge Horror when Matt asks what would happen if Boyfriend decided not to reverse his death after losing, causing Shaggy to have an Oh, Crap!. - All Your Powers Combined: Shaggy combines his 9-key power with Matt's speed for the final song. The Brutal Bonus Level adds Tricky's black halo notes and HD's Pico's warning notes into the mix.
- And Now for Someone Completely Different: The first song, Power Link, has you play as Matt singing off with Shaggy so Shaggy can channel his powers to him.
- Brutal Bonus Level: Upon beating Final Destination, a red letter with a bomb inside appears in the Freeplay menu, mimicking the data letters of the Wii. After clicking on it and saying "yes", a mockup of the Homebrew channel is then added to the Freeplay menu, only with the words "the hardest fuckin chart ever". The player is then given a harder version of "Final Destination" with ridiculous note speed and density in addition to instakill notes you must hit and separate instakill notes you must avoid.
- Fridge Horror: In-Universe. After "Final Destination", Matt asks Shaggy what would happen to the both of them if Boyfriend decides not to reset time after he loses, prompting Shaggy to respond with Stunned Silence. Before he can give a proper answer, the mod ends.
- Graceful Loser: Shaggy knows that defeating Boyfriend is basically impossible, and takes losing to him in stride.
- Medium Awareness: Shaggy, much like in his mod. He knows that Boyfriend can rewind time whenever he loses and that he's basically unbeatable, which disappoints Matt when the latter receives said news, but that doesn't mean they can't at least give Boyfriend a challenge.
- Mythology Gag: To the Scooby-Doo mythology: Shaggy wears a red shirt and blue jeans in this mod, which happens to be the color scheme of Shaggy in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo and his video game counterpart in Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase - fitting for a confirmed non-canon version of Shaggy.
- Promoted to Playable: Matt becomes playable for the entirety of "Power Link", with Boyfriend being completely absent until the second song.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Matt is the Red Oni, very focused on defeating Boyfriend and openly insulting him as well, while Shaggy is the more chill Blue Oni who's only here for the kicks more than to defeat Boyfriend. Interestingly, they invert the colors, Matt wearing blue while Shaggy wears red.
- Revenge: Matt's primary motive throughout the mod's story. As it appears to run in the same continuity as the pre-rewritten Wiik 2 dialogue, Matt wants to defeat Boyfriend for almost making him lose his job as a coach over being humiliated in a rap battle. The second song is even named "Revenge".
- Scary Black Man: Matt, emphasis on "scary", as he was willing to contact the strongest human in the universe just to end some beef with a 19-year old rapper.
- Shout-Out: While Shaggy talks about how Boyfriend has successfully beaten every opponent he's challenged, silhouettes of Whitty, Tabi, Tricky, Ruv, A.G.O.T.I., Kapi and Zardy appear on-screen.
