All spoilers will be unmarked. You Have Been Warned.

This page is currently based largely off of this page and is under construction, being only up to date for the Doomsday War.

Note: The events of the Dream SMP are extended roleplay. These people are still friends IRL, so do not treat the people playing them like you would the characters they play.

Season Zero

Beginning of SMP — Before Tommy

  • Dream creates the server on April 25, 2020.
  • The original players are Dream, George, Sapnap, BadBoyHalo, Callahan, Alyssa, Ponk, and Awesamdude.
  • The Community House, the Courthouse, and the wooden path that would eventually become known as the Prime Path are built. The Courthouse is first used for a trial over the death of Sapnap's horse.
  • The first pets are tamed. Dream tames a horse, which he names Spirit, but they get killed by mobs. Beckerson the fish is captured.
  • Ponk builds the first Lemon Trees.
  • Sapnap tries to nudge George off the crafting table, unintentionally creating the cursed crafting table meme due to the unfortunate position on George's POV.

After Tommy

  • TommyInnit joins the server and begins causing chaos immediately.
  • Tommy is briefly banned, but manages to convince Dream to unban him.
  • Tubbo, Fundy, Punz, Purpled, Wilbur Soot, JSchlatt, Skeppy, and Eret also join the server during this time. Most of these people also build houses, some of which (chiefly Purpled's UFO, Eret's castle, and Tubbo's jungle base) become iconic structures for the server.
  • After Sapnap burns down the second Lemon Tree, Ponk and Alyssa retaliate by burning Sapnap's house to the ground. Sapnap ends up getting Tommy's help, starting a battle.
  • Dream logs on, attempting to stop the conflict. Sapnap and Tommy do not listen and wipe the floor with Dream.
  • In response, Dream steals Tommy's most important possessions, his music discs, and threatens to burn them if the conflict doesn't stop, kicking off the first real war on the server.
  • Tommy gets Tubbo's help to gain his discs back. Dream would only give Tommy his discs back if he gave Dream his netherite chestplate, the only one on the server. After a few more battles, Tommy caves in, and the deal is made.
  • Tommy and Tubbo rush to form a enderchest, while being chased down by Dream, with help from Punz, Tommy secures his discs.

Season One

The L'Manberg War of Independence

  • Wilbur decides to start a drug trade on the server, based out of a camper van he built known as "the Camarvan" due to a misspelled sign labeling it as such. He recruits Tommy and Tubbo to make drugs.
  • After some pushback from the rest of the server, Wilbur decides to create his own server, independent from the Dream SMP. It doesn't take very long for this idea to morph into the Dream SMP being a nation that Wilbur is declaring independence from. The irony of Wilbur, Tommy, and Tubbo being British while most of the rest of the server is American is not lost on them.
  • The new nation is named "L'Manberg" (originally it was to be "Manberg" but the L was added to make it sound more European) and, at this point, consists of the Camarvan and the region around it, demarcated by a yellow and black concrete border. Tommy's house is declared to be an embassy.
  • Dream refuses to accept L'Manberg as an independent nation, and immediately declares war on them, ordering them to Join or Die.
  • Around this canonically (though it is still highly debatable), Fundy (Wilbur's son) is born in L'Manberg.
  • Wilbur writes the L'Manberg Declaration of Independence. Dream writes a Declaration of War in response.
  • Fundy (now considered to be Wilbur's son) and Eret join L'Manberg. Eret upgrades the border into a large blackstone wall.
  • The Dream Team blow up Tommy's embassy. Twice.
  • After a battle, Eret leads the rest of L'Manberg to a "Final Control Room" containing chests of equipment for each member and a mysterious button. The chests prove to be empty, and Eret is revealed to be a traitor as he presses the button, which opens up the room for the Dream Team to rush in and kill the rest of the group. Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo, and Fundy each lose their first canon life.
  • As L'Manburg is at its lowest point, Dream makes them an ultimatum: surrender, or he will explode a piece of TNT within L'Manburg territory. Believing the threat to be just that, Wilbur refuses to surrender, but as it turns out the land had been rigged with large amounts of TNT and the L'Manbergians have to flee to Tommy's bunker as their nation explodes.
  • During the following surrender negotiations, Tommy ends up challenging Dream to a duel. Ten paces, bows, half a heart. If Tommy were to win, L'Manberg would be independent. If Dream were to win, L'Manberg would surrender, and Tommy would have to give up one of his discs.
  • Tommy misses his shot. Dream doesn't. Tommy loses his second canon life.
  • Tommy decides that L'Manberg is more important than the discs, and gives up both of them so his nation could be free.
  • Dream accepts, and L'Manberg is founded as an independent nation.
  • Wilbur becomes the first President of L'Manburg. He names Tommy as "Treasury of State", whatever that means (Tommy would later be his Vice President) and Tubbo as Secretary of State.
  • Eret, meanwhile, is crowned King of the Dream SMP, as that was part of the deal Dream made with him. (It's obvious that Dream still has all the real power, though.)

After L'Manberg War

  • Jack Manifold and Nihachu join the server as citizens of L'Manberg. Dream bribes Jack to join the Dream SMP, but in the end he sticks with his friends Tommy and Tubbo.
  • Quackity, Skeppy, and Karl Jacobs also join the server.
  • Tubbo builds a large dock system, which ends up filled with hostile mobs in boats after some pranks by Eret.
  • Niki builds a bakery.
  • Dream turns off phantom spawning on the server, meaning phantom membranes suddenly become incredibly valuable. Tommy immediately steals everyone else's membranes.

The L'Manbergian Election

  • Wilbur regretted setting himself up as president without an election, so he decided to hold one. The original plan was to close the ballot before anyone else knew about the election, so Wilbur and Tommy's campaign would be the only one running, but Quackity found out before they could do so and set up an opposition party.
  • The two parties were defined as the POG2020 campaign (Wilbur and Tommy) and the SWAG2020 campaign (Quackity and George).
  • The candidates hold a debate in King's Court.
  • The election itself is held on September 20, 2020.
    • Just before the election, Fundy and Niki announce their own party, COCONUT2020. They give a good campaign speech, but have no endorsements.
    • SWAG2020 claim to be endorsed by KSI, but can't provide any evidence for this.
  • *POG2020 reveal their endorsement by Vikkstar, then bring Jschlatt back onto the server as their second endorsement.
    • Schlatt gives a strange, possibly drunken speech in which he announces his own candidacy, SCHLATT2020.
    • The poll goes live, and the fans can vote.
  • Faced with the possibility that they may not win — and worse, the possibility that the nation might end up in the hands of Jschlatt — Wilbur and Tommy attempt to convince Quackity to form a coalition government with them, but Quackity ends up forming a coalition with Schlatt instead.
  • Two days later, on September 22, the results come in. After filtering out the huge number of bot votes by Fundy, the totals come to 9% COCONUT2020, 16% SCHLATT2020, 30% SWAG2020, and 45% POG2020. Tommy celebrates victory for a few seconds, before the news gets out that since SCHLATT2020 and SWAG2020 pooled their votes, the coalition has 46% of the vote, and Jschlatt becomes the president-elect of L'Manburg.
  • Also, HBomb joins during this time.

Electoral Fallout

  • Schlatt is inaugurated as president and wastes no time setting himself up as a dictator. In a series of passionate speeches, he revokes Tommy and Wilbur's citizenship, exiles them from the nation, declares the nation's new name to be "Manberg" (because "we don't take L's here" and also because he's American) and decrees that the walls are to be taken down. He also declares Tubbo to retain his position of Secretary of State, and to be his right-hand man.
  • Tommy and Wilbur flee Manberg. Wilbur is shot down by Punz while trying to leave the city, losing his second canon life. The now-exiles build a makeshift base in a forest hill.
  • At this point, Technoblade tweets at the now-exiles and offers them help with bringing down Schlatt.
  • Technoblade joins the server, and together Wilbur, Tommy, and Techno found the new faction of Pogtopia, based around overthrowing Schlatt. The original makeshift base is connected to a ravine, which is developed into Pogtopia's center of operations.
  • Antfrost also joins the server during this era.

A New Era

  • The New Era saw the return of some original members and some growth in each faction. Members were divided and continued preparing for what was what to come.
  • Internal conflict within Manberg developed after Quackity failed to please Schlatt with his ass.
  • Ninja visited the server for a day, and Andrea Botez was allowed on the server after winning against George in a chess match.
  • The War of the Burning Eiffel Tower occurred during this era following the death of Henry.
  • The Dreamon Invasion also occurred during this era, starting the Dreamon Hunter business.
  • In addition, MrBeast had a $10,000 Taco bell gift card hidden on the server, which many members sought to find. Ultimately, Eret claimed the card.

The Manberg Festival

  • Schlatt has Tubbo organize a festival to celebrate Manburg and democracy. Every citizen of Manburg is invited, as well as Technoblade, who is unclear as to why, but goes along with it.
  • Quackity rebuilds the Ninja Drug Alley, near Pogtopia. While working on it, Tommy shows him the Underground Prime Path that leads to Pogtopia. He promises that Schlatt won't find out.
  • Drista joins the server for the first time and messes with Tommy.
  • Fundy and Ponk decorate Manburg for the festival.
  • Wilbur makes a plan to enter Manburg during the festival in order to blow it up when everyone can see, as he believes that Schlatt organizing the Festival made him "good", thus making himself "evil". He goes about rigging Manburg with TNT, and builds the Button Room to hold the detonator.
  • Tubbo is informed of Wilbur's plan. The idea is that Tubbo will give a speech at the festival, and end it with the phrase "let the festival begin" as a signal for Wilbur to detonate the TNT. Tubbo is still having conflicted loyalty, but he agrees to this.
  • Techno obtains his Riptide trident, allowing him to travel at high speeds in water and fly in rain, and in the process becomes the first person to fly on the server. He also makes large quantities of firework rockets and a crossbow capable of firing them — an extremely powerful weapons system, ready to test out.
  • The Dreamon Hunter business expands.
  • The day of the festival arrives — October 16, 2020. A total of 13 people attend the festival: Schlatt, Quackity, Tubbo, Fundy, Bad, Sam, Antfrost, Callahan, Punz, Ponk, Purpled, Niki, and Techno. Tommy and Wilbur also attend in secret.
    • The attendees play the various festival games Fundy and Ponk had constructed. Techno takes center stage, first cheating in a boxing match by flying away to use a Strength potion, and then being trapped in the dunk tank by Fundy — which backfires, as Techno has a Respiration helmet and just doesn't drown.
    • Eventually, Schlatt calls everyone together and gives a speech, then gives the microphone to Tubbo. Tubbo gives his speech as Tommy and Wilbur watch from the top of a nearby building.
    • Tubbo ends his speech with "Let the festival begin", but before Wilbur can get to the detonator, Schlatt and Quackity place concrete around him, trapping him in a box on the podium.
    • Tommy and Wilbur watch in horror as Schlatt reveals that he knows all about Tubbo working with Pogtopia. Tubbo fears for his life as Schlatt invites Techno up onto the podium.
    • Schlatt orders Techno to execute Tubbo for treason.
    • Techno tries to stall by taking Schlatt's Deadly Euphemisms literally. Wilbur tries to reassure Tubbo that Techno is on their side.
    • The pressure is too great for Techno, and he tells Tubbo he'll make it "as painless and colorful as possible" while he aims his crossbow.
    • Techno fires. Tubbo loses his second canon life. However, Techno underestimated the power of rockets, and Schlatt and Quackity die in the crossfire as well, with Schlatt losing his first canon life from this.
  • Wilbur frantically scrambles for the detonator while Techno realizes the power he now holds and turns his crossbow to the crowd, massacring them with the rockets before fleeing the city with his trident.
  • Wilbur cannot find the button. Meanwhile, Niki is horrified at what just happened, and tells Schlatt she doesn't want to be in Manburg anymore. Schlatt simply tells her to leave.
  • Wilbur confronts Schlatt face-to-face about the murder of Tubbo. Niki escapes Manburg and heads for Pogtopia.
  • Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo, Niki, and Techno reconvene in Pogtopia. Tommy is outraged at Techno for giving in to Schlatt, and Wilbur isn't helping, instead encouraging him to give in to his rage.
  • Wilbur builds a combat pit for Tommy and Techno to settle the score. Even Tubbo himself doesn't want to settle this with violence, but Wilbur presses Tommy on, and he throws the first punch.
  • Techno defeats Tommy, and tells him that it "stays in the pit" and that the conflict was resolved by violence, even though Tommy doesn't feel any resolution. Techno ends the argument with a statement of "It's over, Tommy. On to a new day. A new plot... to destroy Manburg".

Festival Aftermath

  • The Festival Aftermath was an era of questioning alliances and a major disturbance in the Jschlatt Administration.
  • Schlatt announces the demolishment of the White House on 17 October 2020. This causes Quackity to reach his Rage Breaking Point, who then argues with Schlatt, resigns, takes Schlatt's second canon life by shooting him with a bow and arrow, and defects to Pogtopia upon Tommy's invitation.
  • Wilbur considers pressing the Button several times, once just after Quackity joins Pogtopia, another time just after Niki's birthday party. He is talked down by Tommy and Quackity the first time, and Quackity convinces him to delay the second time by acting on "Plan Ass" to talk Schlatt into transferring his power peacefully. However, Schlatt sees through Plan Ass and it ultimately fails, though Wilbur still has not yet pressed the Button.
  • New structures and schemes were formed, and events such as the Dreamon Hunter Invasion and Ponk's Experiment occurred in lieu of the ongoing Manberg Rebellion.
  • Multiple builds were started; the Museum of the Dream SMP, Atlantis (also called L'Mantis, L'Hole Sitnalta, and Casa de Hole), Ponk's Thiccatron, and the Haunted Mansion.

The Manberg-Pogtopia War

  • The Manberg-Pogtopia War is the era revolving around the rise of Pogtopian and formerly L'Manbergian/Manbergian citizens against Jschlatt and Dream during the Manberg Rebellion. A war has taken place, with the Pogtopians victorious after Dream surrenders on behalf of Manberg. The Pogtopian and Manbergian forces converge to confront Schlatt in the Camarvan, where he has either a heart attack or a stroke and "fucking dies", losing his third canon life in the process.
  • The Pogtopians reformed L'Manberg, but at a cost. Most of the land was blown up from the large amounts of TNT under L'Manberg after Wilbur pressed the Button, and Technoblade betrayed Pogtopia due to his standards of destruction and anarchy not being fulfilled. Technoblade added on to the destruction by adding withers to the TNT.
    • Philza joins in the middle of the war in an attempt to stop Wilbur from pressing the Button; while he fails to stop Manberg from being blown up, he manages to protect Wilbur from the explosion, but ends up taking Wilbur's final canon life anyway at his own request.
    • At the end of the day however, L'Manberg was reformed as a democratic nation and Pogtopia, the Slums, the railway to Pogtopia, the museum, and the cat cafe were annexed into L'Manberg territory, giving L'Manberg vast resources and territory to put it on par with the Greater Dream SMP.
  • ConnorEatsPants joins at the very end of this era.

Season Two

The Reconstruction Era

  • The Reconstruction Era follows the Manberg-Pogtopia War.
  • The L'Manbergians must rebuild from the ruins that are left from the destruction of the past era. The Tubbo Administration has reestablished peace in the territories of L'Manberg.
    • However, there is also the looming threat of the anarchists and their allies, the Badlands and Dream SMP.
  • Tommy, who refused presidency of L'Manberg, is on a mission to reclaim his discs.
  • CaptainPuffy, Ranboo, Vikkstar and Lazarbeam join during this era.
  • During this time, Dream griefs several builds and frames Tommy for the griefings, with Puffy helping him without knowing about his agenda.
  • Tommy invites Ranboo to grief George's mushroom house with him by building flaming netherrack penises around it, but accidentally sets the roof on fire. The fire is quickly extinguished, with the mushroom house suffering minimal damage.
    • However, after hearing of this, Dream builds obsidian walls around L'Manberg, ordering them to put Tommy on a criminal trial to Exile him.
    • During the trial, Tommy tries to cover for Ranboo to take all of the blame for the griefing, while Ranboo testifies in Tommy's favour. Tommy is put on probation, in spite of Dream's disagreement.
    • Meanwhile, Dream repeatedly sends private messages of his signature smiley-face to Tommy to provoke him, which ultimately prompts Tommy to threaten Dream with Spirit's leather.
    • In response to this, Dream holds L'Manberg to an ultimatum: either they Exile Tommy from the country, or Dream builds up the obsidian walls to block limit to hold L'Manberg under siege, so that no one could leave (or die trying).
    • Tubbo ultimately chooses to send Tommy into Exile due to The Needs of the Many, shattering their friendship.

The Exile Era

  • The Exile Era was an era of broken relationships and retribution. Following the reconstruction of L'Manburg, TommyInnit is once again banished, forming Logstedshire with Ghostbur.
  • L'Manberg has turned into a communist "utopia" ready to fight and defend the little things they have left and strives to make alliances and good relations with the rest of the server to fight against Technoblade.
  • Another faction, Mexican L'Manberg, was also created during this era, with Quackity being the president.
    • After a political protest and some conflict, Mexican L'Manburg is finally recognized as an independent nation, and renamed themselves to El Rapids to fulfill their compromise with Dream over their independence.
  • Mysterious blood vines also begin sprouting from an Egg in BadBoyHalo's Statue Room around this time.
  • During Tommy's time in exile, he was most often visited by Dream. His relationship with Dream during this period began with Tommy's complete hatred of him, with him defying Dream and begging him to let him return to L'Manberg, only for Dream to threaten his final canon life if he didn't comply. The relationship slowly grew as Tommy became more and more alone, and Dream was willing to stay with Tommy and visit him.
    • Slowly, Dream began to take further advantage of Tommy's crumbling state, most likely to subdue him as his most dangerous adversary, and give him an avenue to control him, something he was never able to do previously. Tommy began to prepare and to have his items destroyed, something he'd originally fought against happened, even going so far as to light the TNT himself. Tommy began to worry about Dream's opinion on everything he did, and tried to avoid anything that might upset him, or cause Tommy to lose their friendship.
    • On Tommy's final day at Logstedshire, Dream discovered his underground bunker filled with things that he wanted to hide from him. Dream began detonating TNT all over Logstedshire, while Tommy begged him to stop and told him over and over again that he was sorry.
    • Tommy was left alone in Logstedshire, and began building up a pillar on top of his unfinished log tower. He managed to get quite high up, apparently considering taking his own final life, until he began to realize that he'd been manipulated by Dream all along and that Dream didn't actually care about him. Tommy picked over what was left of Logstedshire, and escaped to Technoblade's Cabin.
  • The Butcher Army is formed with the goal of killing all of L'Manburg's enemies. Technoblade is subsequently targeted for immediate execution for his actions at the end of the Manberg-Pogtopia War.
    • Philza is suspected of knowing of Techno's whereabouts and is interrogated by the Butcher Army. A compass leading to Technoblade's cabin is discovered and Philza is placed under house arrest.
    • Guided by the compass, the Butcher Army arrived at Technoblade's Cabin in the Arctic. They were intercepted briefly by Ghostbur, who explained that he'd been staying with Techno to make sure that the snow and rain wouldn't make him melt. Ghostbur then tried to distract them from spotting Techno, but they had already spotted him previously.
    • After being called by Ghostbur, to the L'Manbergians' dismay, Techno met with them in front of his house and told them that he'd changed. He mentioned how much he'd been trying to fight against the voices in his head begging for blood during his retirement.
      • Techno managed to briefly distract them with his bee farm before trying to make a break for it. The Butcher Army caught up to him, and Techno announced that, since there was no other way, he'd chosen blood. He splashed himself with several different potions and proceeded to engage the Butcher Army directly.
    • Quackity proceeded to threaten the life of Technoblade's horse, Carl, if he did not surrender, taking the horse's diamond armor away. Seeing his friend in danger, Techno complied, handing over his armor, weapons, and potions as requested by Tubbo and the Butcher Army.
    • The group of four, along with Ghostbur and friend, escorted Technoblade back to L'Manberg, where he was expected to "stand trial" for the war crimes he committed. However, it was revealed when they arrived, that the L'Manbergians had no intention to hold a trial, instead directly deciding to execute Technoblade. Techno was forced into a cage and Quackity explained the mechanisms of the execution. An anvil would drop from above, killing him instantly.
    • Dream proceeds to rescue Carl and lead Techno through a secret tunnel into the Final Control Room where supplies Dream had prepared for Techno lied in wait.
    • Technoblade and Quackity fought one final time in the Final Control Room with the duel ending in Quackity's death and Techno's escape via the Sewer System.
    • Tubbo, Quackity, Fundy, and Ranboo met once again in the Butcher Army control room afterwards, where they figured out their next plan. Tired of Dream pulling the strings, Quackity stated that he wanted to kill Dream for good. Quackity used Punz as evidence that Dream had once again interfered in L'Manbergian affairs, convincing Tubbo to approve of the new target.
    • In the aftermath, Tubbo finally ran to Logstedshire to visit Tommy, exhilarated, only to find it demolished. In shock, he looks for the remains of Logstedshire, and discovers an exceedingly high pillar. Connecting the strings, Tubbo leads to the conclusion that Tommy committed suicide from jumping off the pillar.

The Vengeance Era

  • The Vengeance Era is a new era started after Technoblade's failed execution. Technoblade and TommyInnit begin a reluctant alliance in order to reclaim Tommy's discs and for Techno to take revenge on L'Manberg. Builds like the Guardian XP Farm and the Dream SMP Museum are set to be finished by this period.
  • After the failed execution, the Butcher Army of L'Manberg plots to assassinate Dream by hosting a new festival similarly to the Manberg Festival used to mask Tubbo's execution.
  • Dream would also later meet with Punz at the community house to discuss his plans to track down Tommy's whereabouts and showed him Pandora's Vault. Afraid of the Dream SMP possibly crumbling in his absence, Dream allowed Punz to assume leadership of the Dream SMP.
  • Dream described his other plans to do something that would ensure nobody in the server would like him anymore, and gave Punz the responsibility of spy to gain L'Manberg's trust to ensure the server wouldn't go after Punz due to Dream's actions. They planned to have a public, staged falling-out over the death of Punz's horse, Bumpkin, which Punz would replace with a fake horse in order to keep the real Bumpkin safe.
  • Tommy and Technoblade decided to return to L'Manberg in an attempt to find Technoblade's stolen weapons but were unable to secure Techno's weapons and came to the conclusion that the weapons are in the possession of L'Manburg personnel. In order to retrieve the weapons, they must undergo some "minor terrorism" in the future.
  • Technoblade and Tommy then decided to build hideouts and bunkers around L'Manberg and Dream SMP so they could move around the server more easily and stealthily. The duo started on a bunker underneath Tubbo's Bee Dome, and another bunker within Tommy's Sewers. However it was made rather rushed as they were running out of invisibility potions.
    • Tommy also had a PTSD flashback when the duo stumbled upon the Final Control Room, and cried out to Dream for help through instinct.
  • Techno decides to create a hound army and travels to a plains biome with Tommy. While they were looking for dogs, Tommy stumbled upon the village near Logstedshire, breathing heavily, with his head pounding. Despite breathing heavily from the trauma, he whispered for Dream's help for looking for dogs, saying that he would know where the dogs are. When they were about to head back, Techno said he saw Dream, which sent Tommy into a frenzy.
  • The Green Festival begins, but the Butcher Army's plans to kill Dream are put on hold when Dream reveals that the Community House, the oldest remnant of the SMP from its peaceful days, has been bombed. Dream accuses Tommy of the crime, and tries to get Tubbo to give him Tommy's Mellohi disc, hoping to enforce a harsher exile.
  • Tommy (who has been eavesdropping alongside Techno) reveals his position to defend himself. Techno in turn reveals himself to defend Tommy. Tommy and Tubbo get into a fight, but make up when Tommy sees that he's becoming someone he doesn't want to be. Tommy's exile is repealed, and Tommy abandons Techno, leaving the anarchist surrounded by dozens who want him dead.
  • Dream reveals that he was lying to Tubbo, and instead wanted Mellohi so that he could destroy L'Manburg. Feeling betrayed after having given Tommy so much only to be left behind, Techno decides to ally with Dream, offering his 55 Withers and the Hound Army to help in the destruction. Dream gives L'Manburg 24 hours to prepare for Doomsday.
  • Phil, having seen how L'Manburg corrupts people and ruins friendships firsthand thanks to his son Wilbur, decides to help Dream and Techno directly. Techno is worried that Phil will lose his only life, but decides to allow Phil to fight (though he gives Phil a Totem of Undying just in case).
  • As the SMP's inhabitants prepare for a war, Techno and Phil retrieve the Hound Army from under L'Manburg (as Tommy knows their location and could warn the others). Meanwhile, Dream prepares a master plan and a superweapon, both of which will ensure victory.
  • Many L'Manburgians (namely Fundy, Niki, HBomb, and Ranboo) become disillusioned with their nation and decide not to assist L'Manburg in the upcoming battle. Some remain neutral while others outright sabotage L'Manburg (with Fundy using a Creeper to destroy the nation's munitions supply). Punz, meanwhile, is acting as a mole in L'Manburg — his true allegiance is with Dream and the Anarchists.

The Doomsday War

  • The Doomsday War is an era centered around the Arctic Anarchist Commune's efforts to destroy L'Manburg and the L'Manburgians' final push to save a dying nation.
  • An hour before Doomsday, Dream arrives at the Commune and reveals his master plan: attack a half-hour ahead of schedule to catch the L'Manburgians off-guard and ensure victory before the L'Manburgian army can even assemble. Techno is reluctant, as he is unprepared to fight early — he had planned on using the time to brew potions — but he is able to cut potion production short when he finds his supply of potions from the war against Jschlatt, most of which went unused.
  • Dream, Techno, and Phil devise a plan — have Techno fight directly alongside the Hound Army to buy time for Dream to assemble his superweapon in the skies above L'Manburg. When Techno gives a signal (shooting a firework into the air), Phil will summon Techno's dozens of Withers to begin the destruction.
  • Techno arrives at the entrance of L'Manburg 20 minutes before schedule, shocking Tommy when he goes to check. As Tommy calls for Tubbo and the others to arrive at L'Manburg, their army is forced to hastily assemble. Thanks to Fundy sabotaging their supplies, they are underprepared.
  • Though the L'Manburgians are able to fight off the Hound Army (most of whom die in the fight), the fight turns south when Techno shoots a firework into the air, signaling Phil. Multiple Withers are summoned and the destruction of L'Manburg begins.
  • Amidst the ruins, Tommy tries to give a "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Techno, calling him out for betraying him. However, Techno isn't having it and he turns it back on Tommy, saying that Tommy has no right to say Techno betrayed him when Techno's goals have been obvious from the beginning and that Tommy was the one who used up his supplies before abandoning him to join the corrupt government that's been persecuting both of them. He also calls out the L'Manburgians for trying to execute him when he was trying to live in peace, saying that they were the ones who attacked him first and that they brought their destruction upon themselves by angering him.
  • The Withers are still being summoned, but their destruction isn't too damaging... until Dream reveals his superweapon, an obsidian grid lined with aerial TNT cannons. The cannons promptly decimate what's left of L'Manburg.
  • Jack Manifold decides to fight alongside L'Manburg despite not officially being a citizen, as his own home (Manifold Land) is too close to the nation for comfort. He loses his last canon life during a fight with Techno, but is suddenly revived after a trip to Hell with all three lives intact again. However, his items are burned, and Jack realizes that he never needed to fight in the war — Manifold Land remained unharmed during the war, and since it's not actually a part of L'Manburg, neither Techno nor Dream actively want to destroy it. Participating only cost him his items. Jack promptly swears revenge on Techno.
  • The L'Manburgians continue to fight despite it being clear that they'll lose... until the L'Mantree, the last remnant of L'Manburg from Wilbur's presidency, is destroyed — not by TNT, not by Withers, but because Niki burned it down. Realizing that the L'Mantree's destruction means nothing remains of the L'Manburg they fought for in the War of Independence, the L'Manburgians give up hope and surrender the war, letting the TNT and Withers turn their fallen nation into a chunk error. As their nation falls, Tommy, Tubbo, Quackity, and Ghostbur sing "My L'Manburg" one last time.
  • The superweapon is disabled, and Tommy confronts Dream atop the obsidian grid. Dream decides that messing with Tommy is just too fun for him to kill Tommy off, and declares to Tommy that their war will never end.
  • Dream names Punz as interim leader of the Greater Dream SMP, presumably to reward him for his efforts as a mole within L'Manburg.
  • Techno, Phil, and Dream meet up one last time. Dream declares the Doomsday War as an unequivocal victory before going into hiding to avoid retribution from the now-unaffiliated L'Manburgians. Meanwhile, the two Anarchists retrieve the survivors of the Hound Army before accepting a homeless Ranboo into their ranks.
