Tear Jerker / Cursed Blood

• Ochako's misery at missing her chance to be with Izuku.
• Tsuyu's canon issues with her appearance.
• Lily's revised backstory. She was kidnapped by her stepmother and brought to a group of pedophiles who gangraped and killed her.
• Yugiri is nearly raped by Mineta, only being saved because Naomasa saw them.
• Tae and Saki's deaths are both changed to assassinations by Trinity the Raven. Even worse, Izuku arrives too late to resurrect Saki's father.
• Inko nearly dies from a heart attack after seeing Izuku get shot on live television.
• The sheer horror that Class 1B feels as they are picked off one by one during their exercise. Made even worse because they believe it's real and their classmates are being killed.
• Izuku's ability to resurrect the dead being revealed on national television. Several U.A. students start bullying him, with Shiozaki demanding he lay the zombies to rest while Neito tries to steal his Quirk and do the deed himself. Even worse, Overhaul decides that the "Quirk disease" has advanced and is implied to be ramping up his experiments on Eri.
• Fuyumi is horrified to see Shoto start acting like Endeavor.
• The sheer amount of hatred that Izuku and his friends get from the Quirkist population. It reaches the point that the Sports Festival not only prevent him from using his zombies until the tournament, but also rigged it so that fan favorites with Emitter Quirks are given easy fights against those with Mutant quirks.
• Eraserhead and Joke became a couple shortly after leaving their Hero school, and worked together while in their relationship. But then, they found a pair of villains that managed to overwhelm them and almost killed them. Aizawa lost a rib, but Joke had it worse: she was pregnant at the time, and the brutality of the attack not only caused her to lose her child, she also permanently lost the ability to get pregnant again. As a consequence, Aizawa felt too guilty to continue his relationship with Joke, and instead carried out a Roaring Rampage of Revenge on the villains, nearly killing them in the process. Hadn't it been for Interpol's intervention, Aizawa would have lost his Hero license.
• Recovery Girl is going senile, and the only treatment they can issue her is drug-laced candies so she does not become agitated.
