For the Ban-Evader Reversion Thread
: This page is a watch-list of the most problematic pages frequented by ban-evaders and their socks. If necessary, some of these pages may end up being be locked or cut. Even after being cut, a page will be monitored for suspicious activity, and if necessary, may be locked if vandalism persists.
The following pages must be monitored for suspicious activities:
- Any pre-release work page: A notorious ban evader (link to original account) repeatedly targets pre-release work pages, commenting out entries and adding notes in a nearly-identical style each time. Due to this evader's pervasiveness, pre-release work pages as a whole should be watched over in case this user tries to come back.
- AwesomeMusic.Star Vs The Forces Of Evil and Funny.Danganronpa V 3 Killing Harmony: Edited by a ban evader under several different handles. Said ban evader likes to delete examples mentioning the Danganronpa character Miu Iruma, and some Phineas and Ferb examples. [1]
- Characters.Team Fortress Classic: Edited by a ban evader under at least 2 handles. Said ban evader loved editing quote pages and pages for Final Fantasy games.
- Final Fantasy V: Edited by a ban evader 164 times. Said ban evader also loved editing quote pages.
- Characters.Final Fantasy V: Edited by a ban evader 1,143 times. Said ban evader also loved editing quote pages.
- Final Fantasy X-2: Edited by a ban evader 549 times. Said ban evader also loved editing quote pages, and came back to edit the page under an additional handle.
- Secret of Evermore: Edited by a ban evader 55 times under 4 different handles. Said ban evader loved editing quote pages and articles about Square Enix games and sci-fi shows (Star Trek, Babylon Five, etc.).
- The High Seas and any subpages created henceforth. Page was originally created by a ban evader.
- Sister Floriana and any subpages. Ban evader's original account created the page, edited it 61 times after its creation, and considered but decided against editing it while ban evading.
- Johnny Depp & Amber Heard, as well as subpages: As a result of their toxic marriage going south, certain editors, including a certain ban-evader, have used multiple opportunities to disparage Heard in particular on various YMMV pages. Heard's page is locked as of May 2, 2021.
- Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon and their respective subpages: A certain editor with a hate on for Daenerys Targaryen has taken every opportunity to paint the character in a negative light, even beyond what is understandable. Said user has even gone so far as defending Dany's abusive brother, and has whitewashed Sansa at the same time in most of those edits. The edits reasons were always long, occasionally rude, and sometimes whitewashed the North. Said ban evader also loved whitewashing Tony Stark in other edits. Additionally, a different editor with a wonk related to unreleased material has visited the subpages at least twice.
- Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals: Edited by a ban evader under at least 2 handles. Said ban evader loved editing quote pages and pages for Final Fantasy games.
- The A-Team and recap subpages. The ban evader edited pages frequently in two handles, and recap pages were the subpages edited most in the second history.
- WMG.Super Smash Bros Ultimate Spirit Ideas and any subpages: Frequently edited by a ban evader with their original account and their new one.
- Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd and related sub-pages: The ban evader is into these gacha games and has edited the pages frequently, both on their original account and their sock account. They also have a habit of contesting other people's edits on the pages as well, and prefer to move any character-related tropes to the corresponding character pages.
- Friends: Main Characters: Edited by two different ban evaders under at least two handles respectively. These socks keep re-adding Deadpan Snarker to the folders despite previous threads deciding against it.
- Generator Rex and subpages: One editor has ban evaded at least twice (possibly thrice) in order to edit these pages, usually with very bad grammar and spelling.
- YMMV.The Flash 2014: Edited by a ban evader under at least three handles, always with hostile edit reasons.
- Elinor Wonders Why and subpages: A repeat ban evader (link to original account) edits here frequently, sometimes adding false information.
- Oz, The Sopranos, The Shield, Coronation Street, Prison Break, and their respective subpages: Frequented by a ban evader who has done edits under 11 different handles
- ENA and subpages, Starlight Mayhem and subpages, multiple Playing With pages: Edited periodically by a ban evader with at least four handles. The evader in question makes dozens of edits in succession, most of which are nonsensical or remove context from examples. Their handles tend to have some relation to Starlight Mayhem.
- Total Drama, Big Mouth, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Disney-related pages, and all related subpages: Frequented by a user who has ban evaded at least twice. They tend to add many entries at a time, usually recognizable by awkward grammar, shoehorning, and an unprofessional tendency to add complaining to entries.
- The Lion King (1994), The Land Before Time, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and associated subpages. Edited by a repeat ban evader under at least eight handles. Edits show an unusual obsession with animals (especially birds and hyenas), zero-context examples and judgmental justifying edits, among other problems. Tends to make up to 20 edits per day.
