- To the rest of the cast, most of them have become more than willing to swing with both genders. Given the nature of the original webcomic, maybe this doesn't really apply.
- Berserk Button: Don't insult Sarah while Shockwave may be listening. Seriously.
- Extreme Libido: Geecku, per the usual.
- Gender Bender: A fruit that Geecku lent causes Randal and Miles to become girls...very HORNY girls for Minos.
- Girl on Girl Is Hot: Racheal x Taffy and Geecku x Sarah.
- Hologram: Shockwave appears this way, though given he's able to interact with Jin and Din, it's more Hard Light.
- I Need to Go Iron My Dog: As Shockwave's hologram lays into Jin and Din's cruel attitudes, Din says she has to pee, only to be confronted by the same hologram. Then again, maybe she wasn't lying.
- Jump Scare: At the height of Jin and Din's cruelty to Sarah, they notice Geecku's gone quiet and they too feel a sinister presence. At first, nobody is there...until-
- Shockwave's hologram: "WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT US?!"Jin:: "GAH!"Din:: "Holy crap! Back, demon! Back!"
- Karma Houdini Warranty: It was often said that Jin and Din got off way too easy for manipulating Sarah and nearly KILLING Digit (and Racheal, indirectly). This fanfic gives them a moment where they press their luck, going as far as to call Sarah a 'retard'. Cue Shockwave's hologram appearing...
- Long-Distance Relationship: Shockwave and Sarah establish one, sharing email addresses at the end.
- Mythology Gag: Randal's new gay sexuality is possibly based on the early history of his character, in which fans of the series kept thinking him as just that until drama caused his character to be hastily put into a relationship with Taffy. It's even called out in the text.
- Noodle Incident: As Tootsie thinks back to the previous versions of the Moo-Maker, she recalls how the MK. II nearly went on a murderous rampage.
- Politically Incorrect Villain: 'Villain' is a stretch, but Jin and Din enjoy tormenting Sarah by calling her a 'retard'. This is the final straw for everybody involved.
- Polyamory: Racheal and Taffy's plan for their relationship. They're deeply in love, but they also would like to have a guy each. Doubles as a Call-Forward to their relationships with Ira and Bagan, respectively.
- Porn Without Plot: More or less, as this does provide details about this fanfic's version of Las Lindas.
- Pre Ass Kicking One Liner: At the height of Shockwave's passionate speech to Jin and Din, he responds to their "Just Joking" Justification with a knock-knock joke. After pressuring them into asking him "Who's There?", he responds.
- Shockwave's hologram: "...shockwave."Jin:: "Shockwave? Shockwave who?"Shockwave:: "YOU! TALK TO THE HAND!" (Unleashes a shockwave from his working hand that sends the duo into the night sky, screaming)
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Upon hearing Jin and Rin's cruel speech to Sarah, Shockwave('s hologram) delivers a vicious one to the two. It's rather jarring, given this is Shockwave we're talking about.
- Shockwave: "I’ll have you know that I’ve been reviewing your files for the last couple of days, as well as what has transpired as of now. And I can already calculate that both me and Sarah did not work our way through our lives and professions to be made fools of by the likes of YOU."
- Rule 63: The female versions of Randal and Miles.
- Shout-Out: Shockwave's speech to Rin and Din is lifted from one of his appearances in Johnny Flash's videos. Specifically, his speech to the Insecticons.
- Shower of Love: Racheal and Taffy share one in a rather wholesome scene.
- Take That!: The lack of yaoi relationships in Las Lindas is called out, specifically related to the drama surrounding Randal Hawthorne.
- Jin and Din's entire moment in the story is to basically give them a Karma Houdini Warranty moment.
