Lincoln has brought along all ten of his sisters, and they're wearing costumes: Lori is Marilyn Monroe, Leni is Coco Chanel, Luna is Joan Jett, Luan is Lucille Ball, Lynn is She-Hulk, Lucy is Samara Morgan, Lana is Rosie the Riveter, Lola is Princess Peach, Lisa is Yoda, Lily is an Oompa-Loompa, and Lincoln is Shazam!. They will be reading a spooky story on Halloween: Attack of the 50-Foot Sister.
The fanfic starts with the Loud kids in line outside Lisa and Lily's room. Lisa is measuring Lynn, and Lincoln explains that Lisa measures herself and her siblings once every six months. Fanfic Lynn thinks it's overkill and wonders why they don't just use the door frame, but Lisa condescendingly compares it to weighing themselves with stones and using leeches for snakebites. The real Lisa points out that the analogy is wrong since door frames are perfectly effective for measuring height.
As it turns out, fanfic Lynn is 4'9, but Lincoln is 5'1. The real Lynn points out that males are generally taller than females anyway, but Lincoln points out that Stella is taller than him. Lynn just mocks him, and fanfic Lynn tries to deny being four inches shorter than Lincoln, even though, as the real Lori points out, if she was four inches shorter everyone would be able to notice.
Fanfic Lynn's siblings start making jokes about her being short and laughing, which makes her mad, but the real Lynn says that if that did happen she wouldn't mind as she's "the biggest where it counts", ie the most buff. Fanfic Lynn punches Lincoln and storms off. The real Lincoln points out that she didn't punch her sisters, and Lola jokingly says that you shouldn't hit girls as they can cry on command.
Fanfic Lynn goes outside and sulks while kicking soccer balls. Lori asks her for help with golf (even though Lynn, the real one at least, finds golf boring) and makes a joke about her "short game". Luna (the real one) points out that the siblings are milking the joke and Luan tries to make a joke of her own about fanfic Lynn not drinking enough milk, but it doesn't really work. Fanfic Lynn unsuccessfully tries to punch Lori, prompting fanfic Lori to make another "short" pun and Lynn to punch Lori for real.
Grammy tries switching to present tense, and fanfic Lynn goes into her and Lucy's room, where the latter makes a joke about writing a "short story". Lynn tries to tackle her, but she disappears, then the real Lucy disappears.
In the fanfic, Lynn and Luan go to the park and eat ice creams and when the former is low on cash (so they can't hit up the batting cages), the latter makes another "short" pun. Fanfic Lynn suspects her of setting up the joke on purpose, but the real Lynn points out that unless she looked in her wallet, there's no way fanfic Luan could know Lynn would be low on cash. Meanwhile, Grammy is still having trouble and Lucy has come back.
Fanfic Lynn goes home and sulks, blaming Lincoln for starting it all. The real Lynn says that her four older sisters were all her height at her age, but Luna says that Leni actually hit a growth spurt at age eleven and sent two of her crushes to the nurse's office hugging them.
Fanfic Lincoln tells her that it's fine and some people don't like being tall, which gives Lynn the idea of making fun of her siblings for being tall. She calls Lori a "tall drink of water", asks Luan how the weather is up there, and claims that she can't hear Luna from up there, but the former takes it as a compliment and the latter two just make the jokes back at her.
So, she goes to Lisa and begs to be made bigger, but Lisa says no. The twins want to be bigger too, but the real Lisa also tells them no. Fanfic Lisa tries to duplicate an apple, but instead makes it grow, so Lynn snatches the potion and, after a struggle, drinks it. She doubles over in pain, farts, and then begins to grow.
Fanfic Lisa rounds everyone out and Lynn grows to be fifty feet tall. Lori promises to turn her back to normal, but she doesn't want to be normal because of the teasing. The now-giant Lynn then threatens her siblings with her foot, then runs away.
The fanfic then cuts to Lincoln's friends, who exit the theatre calling the premise of the movie they saw, a 50-foot person, ludicrous. As if on cue, Lynn arrives and chases them away, before wrecking several buildings, including the Aloha Comrade, where Lynn Sr. is still working. Then, she stomps on the schools, tries to kill some of the students, and injures Katherine Mulligan.
Fanfic Lisa makes a potion to make herself and her other siblings fifty feet tall as well, and Grammy begins randomly switching tenses, apparently either because he finds them meaningless now, or because he's just venting his frustration. Lisa tries to shut him off, but it doesn't work, and an electrical wire comes out from the TV and zaps Lisa unconscious. Grammy says that humans are "obsolete", then zaps Lucy unconscious.
Then, the vacuum cleaner, Luna's amplifier, Lily's baby monitor, and Lincoln's games console come to life and Grammy states that machines will take over. Wires restrain the rest of the siblings, and Grammy zaps Lincoln unconscious when he says, "less" instead of "fewer". He then threatens to electrocute Lynn when she tries to break free.
In the story, the giant Lynn picks up Francisco, when her siblings arrive, also fifty feet tall. They begin fighting, and Lynn develops "atomic breath". She is finally defeated by Lily throwing a diaper over her eyes and causing her to fall backwards. She doesn't want to be turned back to normal and teased. The fanfic Lincoln says that all siblings tease, but Lynn says that word got around town that she was short and now the whole town is teasing her. The real Luan points out that if fanfic Lynn really was short, it'd be obvious, so why did people start teasing now?
The family apologises and hugs, then they drink the shrinking potion, but it makes them all tiny, except for Lily, who prepares to crush them, but then it turns out to all be a dream Lynn had while sleeping on the couch. Unfortunately, however, Lincoln is still taller than Lynn.
The story is over, but Grammy still won't let go. Lola tells him they love him, but he says that robots will still take over. However, this turns out to be a prank: he plays a laughing gif, and Lincoln, Lisa, and Lucy reveal that they were only pretending to pass out. Lisa says that Lucy was the one who thought of the prank.
The kids leave to trick-or-treat, but not before Grammy asks Lola if she really does love him.

- The real Lisa gets in on the act when fanfic Lincoln asks fanfic Lisa if she was responsible for the giant Lynn. Lisa says, "No, Lincoln. Lynn just has a severe pituitary deficiency."
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Fanfic Lynn grows fifty feet tall. The "attack" part is literal too, as she squishes buildings.
- Big "NO!": Fanfic Lynn shouts, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" upon finding out that she really is shorter than Lincoln, like in the dream.
- Big "WHAT?!": Fanfic Lynn says, "WHAT?!" upon finding out that Lincoln is taller than her.
- Blatant Lies: As Lincoln points out, fanfic Lisa says she never makes mistakes, but there's no way that all the explosions she makes could be intentional.
- Boomerang Bigot: Grammy turns giant Lori into one and makes her call humans irrational and violent despite being one herself.
- Breath Weapon: At the fight scene in the story, Lynn develops "atomic breath".
- Copycat Mockery: When Lincoln points out that Stella is taller than him despite being a girl, Lynn mockingly repeats his words.

- Fanfic Lynn glares at Lisa upon finding out that Lincoln is four inches taller than her, then again when Lisa tells Lynn she won't make her bigger.

- Dissonant Serenity: Fanfic Sergei's response to the fifty-foot Lynn destroying his restaurant with her bare hands is to simply tell Lynn Sr., "She's your daughter. You will pay for the damages." Likewise, Lynn Sr. doesn't react to it at all.
- Easily Forgiven: The giant Lynn in the story literally gets away with murder.
- Entertainment Above Their Age: Implied when Lucy, an eight-year-old girl, dresses as a character from a horror movie, implying she's seen it.
- Face–Heel Turn: Subverted. Grammy seems like he's turned evil and wants to start a machine era, but it turns out to be a trick.
- Faint in Shock: Fanfic Leni faints at the sight of the giant Lynn.
- Fake Faint: As part of the prank, Lincoln, Lucy, and Lisa pretend to be unconscious after Grammy gives them electric shocks.
- Gasshole: After drinking the potion, Lynn lets out a loud burp. And after seeming to be in pain from said potion, she lets out a huge fart in Lisa's face. At the end, after drinking the cure for her giantess form, Lynn burps out a purple cloud.
- Gassy Scare: Zigzagged. After drinking the potion, fanfic Lynn groans, gags, and yells as the result of a stomach cramp, then she farts and the cramp goes away and she starts growing. It's unknown whether the stomach cramp was the result of normal gas, whether the gas was a side effect of the potion and it caused the cramp, or whether the cramp and the gas were two unconnected side effects of the potion.
- Go to Your Room!: Discussed when Lori says that if anyone hits anyone else again, they will be sent to their room.
- Halloween Episode: In addition to being a Halloween special, this actually takes place on Halloween, with the Louds in costume and planning to trick-or-treat.
- Height Angst: Fanfic Lynn is very displeased, even angry, at the idea of being shorter than Lincoln.
- Hypocrite: Fanfic Lincoln says, "Stop it!" to his sisters for teasing Lynn for her shortness, yet he gets in on the teasing himself.
- I'm a Doctor, Not a Placeholder: When the twins want to be bigger, Lisa says she's a scientist, not a genie.
- I'm a Humanitarian: Joked about when Lynn says, "I'll munch your kin" at being called a munchkin by Luna.
- Incredible Shrinking Man: Towards the end of the story, the Loud kids except Lily get shrunken.
- Insult Backfire: Fanfic Lynn makes fun of Lori by calling her a tall drink of water, but she takes it as a compliment.
- I Resemble That Remark!: Lola takes offense at Lynn implying she has anger issues, but then literally burns with anger.
- Karma Houdini: Fanfic Lincoln gets punched by Lynn for teasing her, yet the other sisters don't and they teased her as well.
- Magic Pants: When the fanfic siblings grow, all their clothes grow with them.
- Never Heard That One Before: Fanfic Lynn insincerely states that it was the first time she heard the "it's not a big deal" line from Lincoln.
- Out of Character:
- Fanfic Lynn gets way more bent out of shape over her height than the real Lynn would, and she's also uncharacteristically destructive in giant form, up to and including wrecking her dad's business and trying to kill random people.
- Lynn Sr. is very easily scared, but fanfic Lynn Sr. doesn't react to his daughter turning into a giant and destroying his business.
- Platonic Declaration of Love: Lola says she loves Grammy to try to convince him not to destroy humanity.
- Pun:
- Upon finding out that fanfic Lynn is shorter than Lincoln, her siblings make jokes like "It's not a big deal" and "Be the bigger man who happens to be a short girl".
- When Luna accuses the fanfic siblings of milking the "short" jokes, Luan tries to pun on that by saying that fanfic Lynn isn't getting enough milk, but even she admits that it's a bit of a stretch.
- When fanfic Lynn throws ice cream at Luan, the latter says, "The ice cream is on me."
- After fanfic Lynn grows, Luan says that they have a bigger problem on their hands.
- Luna calls Lynn a brick house and the giant Lynn in the story a brick skyscraper.
- When fanfic Rusty says that he's "eating crow" for calling the idea of a 50-foot person ridiculous only to meet the giant Lynn, the real Luan says, "More like eating scarecrow" because the situation is scary.
- Luan jokes that fanfic Francisco (Lynn's crush) is going to be "crushed".
- Scenery Censor: When the giant Lily in the story gets naked, a building is said to cover her shame.
- "Second Law" My Ass!: Subverted. It appears that Grammy is disobeying Lisa, but it's all part of the prank.
