We're back on the couch with Lincoln, Lori, Lola, Lisa, and Lily, to read... yikes... A Town Hates a Boy. And it's by that same guy who wrote Lincoln as a narcoleptic.
It begins with a three-year-old Lincoln handing a chocolate to a fourth-grade Lori. Lincoln realises that this is the wrong story and is in fact "Loud House Jokes", which is a series of jokes. Lola decides to read it anyway, and we cut to the joke preschooler Lincoln wishing Lori a happy Valentine's Day. She explains that it's not Valentine's Day, and he asks for his chocolate back, but she's already eaten it. The Louds don't react to this joke at all.
The next joke sees Leni sitting in the bathtub, irate that her medicine says to "take ten drops in warm water" is silly, which Lori finds rather funny. Then, in the third joke, Mr. Grouse asks to borrow Luna's musical instruments, then when Luna asks him why, he says it's because he wants to sleep in peace.
The fourth joke has Lincoln asking Luan why she's slipping on a carrot, and she replies that bananas were sold out. This confuses Lincoln as you can't slip on a carrot, only trip, which isn't as funny.
In the fifth joke, Lynn is trying out boxing and has a "rule": the next battle is the hardest one, so she will skip that one and fight the "overnext" battle, making her free the next day. This baffles everyone, even Grammy. Lincoln makes a reference to Overwatch, which no one else gets except for Lola. Joke Lynn then explains to Lucy that another rule is boxers must wake up before nine.
The next joke has Lynn Sr. tell Lincoln that he didn't have as much stuff when he was eleven, only for Lincoln to retort that Lynn Sr.'s father must have been bad at handling money. Lori has heard that one before... in one of Pop-Pop's old magazines.
In the seventh joke, Lincoln asks Lucy how she sees "with no eyes", only for her to make a rude comeback, "How do you walk with no brain?".
Then, in the next joke, the twins' teacher notes that they've both made their reports on their dog the same. Joke Lana points out that of course they do since they have the same dog.
In the next joke, Lola says that she will play the main character in a school play of Beauty and the Beast, but Lincoln replies, "Who's going to play the beauty?", offending the real Lola.
In another joke, Lisa asks Lori, Leni, and Lola what the most common word is. They guess "telephone", "purse", and "makeup" respectively, but Lisa informs them that it's "I", causing them to insult her with "I" sentences. The real Lisa says that the most common English word is actually "the".
In the next joke, Rita burps Lily, who wonders why her siblings and Lynn Sr. aren't seen as cute when they burp. Lincoln tries to make a joke of his own by saying that it's a double standard that she gets to wear diapers and they don't, but his sisters are just weirded out by that.
We then cut to a joke about Rita having her birthday and wishing that everyone will forget how many candles are on the cake. The final joke shows Lynn Sr. crying because Vanzilla is destroyed and Rita is dead, which, understandably, the siblings don't find funny at all.
Now, onto the fanfic, which begins with Lisa making a liquid and deciding to use it on a "dispensable" person. She settles on Lincoln, who she calls an idiot for some reason. He's reluctant to test her liquid, which turns out to be a perfume, but Lisa sprays him with it anyway (meanwhile, Lincoln admits he doesn't mind perfume and Lola tells him not to take her perfume). After spraying him, Lisa grins evilly and says he will "go forever" before throwing a beaker full of "red lightning fluid" at him.
Fanfic Lincoln flees, then the fluid explodes, leaving Lisa shocked that she tried to kill her brother. Then, fanfic Lynn tries to push Lincoln out the window, but he picks up a coin and she ends up falling out the window instead.
Fanfic Lincoln goes downstairs only to find Lily trying to stab him... with a broken baby bottle? He carries her into the kitchen, where Lynn Sr. tries to poison Lincoln with rat poison. Thankfully, Lincoln leaves to hang out with Clyde, but Lori throws a knife at him that somehow bounces off the door and into Lola's hair. She's only mildly annoyed, though.
The story versions of Lori, Lynn Sr., and Lily come to their senses, then Lynn shows up, none the worse for wear because she landed on Rita. The siblings have a good laugh at this, but are relieved that fanfic Rita isn't injured, and Lola brings up the "break your mother's back" rhyme.
Fanfic Rita comes up and Lynn drinks the poisoned water. Fanfic Lisa then finds out that the perfume she made causes people to hate the wearer... but sincerely calls the idea "wonderful" and even does a little dance. She then imagines a copy of herself who tries to act as her conscience, but brushes it off by saying that everyone hates Lincoln already. The real siblings say that while Lincoln has made enemies, not everyone hates him, and his friends and family love him. Then, the imaginary Lisa tries to tell Lisa that no one wants to kill Lincoln, but Lisa says that she has nine other siblings already, shocking the real Lisa.
Fanfic Lisa then realises she must save Lincoln... but only because if he died no one could make her PB&J. She runs downstairs and shows her family what the situation is... by demonstrating her perfume on Lola. The family wants to save Lincoln, but unfortunately making an antidote to the perfume will take weeks. Thankfully, Leni comes up with the idea of wearing clothespins on their noses.
Outside, fanfic Mr. Grouse calls Lincoln a menace, then Lincoln goes to the pool, where there are four girls. When they want to kill him, the real Lincoln accidentally comes off as funny by remarking that it's on the nose. The girls invite fanfic Lincoln into the pool, but he walks off, and a parade comes by, with tanks. They pursue him, but he doesn't notice for some reason. Luckily, when they fire, he has bent down to tie his shoelace, but another man ends up being killed instead.
Fanfic Lincoln gets to Clyde's house, but Clyde has a cold. Howard tries to kill Lincoln with a chopper, but the boys dash out. Fanfic Lincoln's family shows up and meets the girls from the pool, who casually admit that they have indeed seen a white-haired boy and they tried to drown him. Clyde then gets one of his nosebleeds, unblocking his nose. He reveals that Lincoln tried to buy ice cream but the van "wouldn't move". The Louds start to cry, but then Clyde reveals that Lincoln is fine but got covered in mud. He then arrives, out of the car wash.
The family hugs fanfic Lincoln and Clyde invites him over for steak to "celebrate", even though he shouldn't know about the perfume. Lori also goes through the car wash and the blonde swimming pool girl kisses Lincoln as an apology.
Fanfic Lisa apologises and Lynn Sr. grounds her but still wins a prize for her invention. The man giving out the award sneezes, but Lisa thinks he is sniffing and runs away. The end.
Lisa jokes that the moral is "don't use your siblings as guinea pigs for life-threatening experiments, also Lincoln is not dispensable." Then, Lori wonders how fanfic Lynn survived the rat poison.

- Big "WHAT?!": The fanfic Louds say, "WHAT?!" after learning that Lincoln was apparently hit by an ice cream van.

- The final joke is all about Lynn Sr. mourning Rita.
- The siblings make jokes about people trying to kill fanfic Lincoln, such as wondering how Lynn survived drinking the rat poison and Lincoln noting that if it did happen, he'd need therapy as well as fresh air.
- Celebration Miscalculation: The preschooler Lincoln in the joke mistakenly thinks that Valentine's Day is every day of the month.
- Character Exaggeration: Lisa is a scientist with questionable ethics. Fanfic Lisa invents a perfume that makes people homicidal toward the wearer.
- Continuity Nod: Lisa remembers The Sleeping Boy, in which Lincoln was apparently a narcoleptic.
- Covered in Mud: Fanfic Lincoln gets covered in mud from an ice cream van driving through the puddle.

- Goo Goo Getup: Discussed when Lincoln jokes that it's a double standard that only babies are allowed to wear diapers.
- Happy Dance: Fanfic Lisa does a little dance at the idea of being famous for inventing her perfume... that may have endangered her brother.
- Hate Plague: Fanfic Lisa makes a perfume that, when smelled, makes people want to kill the person wearing said perfume.
