In China, Moukaku has to keep the Insania Virus from mutating before he can propose to Shukuyu. Meanwhile, the commissioners make a startling discovery about the cause of the Insania Virus.

- Alcohol-Induced Idiocy: While being drunk at Sum Yung, Moukaku instigates a Bar Brawl after hearing one insult too many. Shukuyu calls him out on it.
