As with quite a lot of other Warner Bros. cartoons from the 90s, it's no mystery that The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries got away with a good deal of questionable content.

  • The first episode, "The Cat Who Knew Too Much", takes place in New Orleans. About halfway through, Granny returns from a date with a gentlemen she met on a riverboat and starts hanging bead necklaces on her pets, offhandedly commenting "You would not believe what I had to do to get these!"note
  • In "Double Take", when Sylvester, Tweety, and Hector eavesdrop on Moo Goo Guy Pan's room, Sylvester remarks "Granny's in a man's room?", with Tweety adding "What a twamp!"
  • In "A Ticket to Crime", Tweety refers to Sylvester as a "puddy pervert" when he tries to eat him while he's bathing.
  • In "Catch as Catch Cannes", Sylvester remarks that people in Cannes rub elbows along with any other body part they can grab. While he says this, we see a couple making out.
  • At the end of "The Scare Up There", Granny is seen using her bloomers as a sail.
  • "If It's Wednesday, This Must Be Holland" has Tweety cover himself and call Sylvester a peeping tom. In addition, Granny orders the villain to "drop [her] bloomers".
  • In "Is Paris Stinking?", Tweety has an obviously amorous interest in the showgirls he's seen watching and also informs them that there's plenty of him to go around when they start fighting over him.
  • In "Moscow Side Story", Tweety reacts to Sylvester saying "bolshoi" by informing him that Granny will wash his mouth out with soap, implying that he thought Sylvester said "bullshit".
  • In "3 Days & 2 Nights of the Condor", Granny states that she and her pets are there to watch the mating ritual of the giant condor. Tweety is quick to add that the event will be TV-14, tops. There's also the mother condor practically forcing herself onto Sylvester when he's disguised as a condor.
  • In "Jeepers Creepers", Granny spends most of the episode with her glasses stuck in her cleavage. She even attempts to reach in for them at first.
  • A flashback in "A Mynah Problem" shows Sylvester's father trying to show his son examples of fierce cats to try and toughen him up. The last example he shows is a picture of a Persian cat resting on the lap of a woman with shapely legs. Sylvester's dad cuts himself off and sheepishly pushes the picture aside while telling his son to disregard that last one. It's oddly reminiscent of someone trying to hide their porn.
