Ruled by an interplanetary moderators, the Administration was a beacon of civilization. The savage pages were not so enlightened and refused Administration control. The war was devastating, but the Administration's victory over the Independents ensured a safer wiki. And now everyone can enjoy the comfort and enlightenment of true civilization.
